A basic and functional hotel. The hotel staff are really good and prompt to resolve any issues. It is located on one of the major roads of the city. The area is always bustling, it's easy to get any ride and close by to several major places. Despite this, the rooms are quiet. The rooms are pretty basic and small. There isn't even lot of space to keep any big suitcases or move around a little. The bed is also too soft for my liking. The breakfast buffet has sufficient items and all items tasted well. There is also a decent variety and change across multiple days along with some staple items. But the dinner is not good. We ordered several multiple items across a couple of days and none of them tasted any good. The dinner service is also quite slow.

Stay was an absolute delight. The hotel's serene ambiance and stylish interior made for a truly relaxing experience. What stood out the most was the welcoming and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Unlike other crowded hotels, I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere at Ibis, which allowed for a truly serene retreat. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil and enjoyable stay in Cochin.

My recent stay at Ibis Hotel Cochin left much to be desired. The rooms were uncomfortably tiny, lacking the privacy and space I expect when traveling. The thin walls made it difficult to escape outside noises, significantly impacting the quality of my stay. Furthermore, the small, aging bathrooms and non-functional fridge were disappointing, and the overall experience was further dampened by these inconveniences. While the hotel's serene ambiance and attentive staff were positive aspects, the issues with room size, noise, and amenities made for a less than satisfactory stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for future guests.

Staff - Cleanliness-Location-Food. The front desk staff Sai, Lisa, Alan (i dealt with these three and they are beyond excellent. They know their job and do it with a smile. Outstanding! As always, IBIS rooms are lovely (I am a big fan of this and always i prefer this in any city I travel to).

ONLY ONE draw back or a big negative is the quality of the razor in the shaving kit. It is sucha poor quality (the white color razor).. OMG what a pain it was to use. I got cuts all over the face. Team IBIS - please change this and provide the standard Gillette Presto.

Very courteous and helpful staff. Duty manager Kiran provided very helpful tips regarding visits to various tourist spots in Kochi and other useful information. I am very grateful to the desk staff Ms Anju who not only helped with transport arrangement for our very early (4AM) drive to airport but also called me while I was on the way to the airport to inform that I had left behind in the lobby my back pack that had some valuables. I made a U-turn from almost near the airport, came back to the hotel to pick up the back pack and was able to return to the airport just in time to catch the flight. I would have definitely missed the flight if Anju had not contacted and alerted me in time. Many many thanks to Anju for her prompt action and judgement. The hotel is fortunate to have very responsible and responsive staff like Anju.

I found the staff excellent. Helpful and friendly and ready to answer any question. Mr Rakesh R Sales and Manager deserves a special recognition in the way he handled any of our issues regarding lost luggage, getting around the city and wise advise on timings and suggestions for Allepey. Extremely professional and organized. Working in a high profile Customer industry myself one can recognize the high quality and level of customer interaction and satisfaction We will definitely stay here again.

Personally I was surprised at the size of the bathroom and room itself. Much smaller than I was used to. However, in our three day stay, we eventually got used to it. What did I not like ? Perhaps the lack of hangers, and hooks to hang clothes and wet towels on. A small floor bag rack would have been helpful.

Réception staff asked for more money during checkout and they don't know for what that money was required. Initially they said it could be food bill, then they said it did not tally in their system and finally they said it could be commission money. I kept saying that I have paid in full at time of check-in and there is none to be paid. Finally they said I have nothing to pay. When asked for receipt they said their accounts will email me later.

Thank you for a delightful stay in your lovely hotel. The food and accomodation were both exceptional. The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made my stay most enjoyable. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff Aju (the receptionist who work on night shift 6th of March). I wish to extend my gratitude to her for ensuring my stay was smooth and being responsive for all my inquiries since I'm travelling alone, and my sincere gratitude to the cook and waiters for preparing yummy breakfast. They really have a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. All the best for them and hope to see them again in the future.

The location was far off from the tourist spot which took me nearly 20-30 mins to get there.

We spent eight nights. Liked the ambiance, it is modern, warm and lively. Check in was very smooth, the staff were very professional and friendly. Remona and Saikart were very smart, they tried their best to get me to join the reward scheme! I could feel that the staff is very well trained and highly motivated. Speaking to a few of them realized that they have more or less completed their studies and this is their first job. The youth brand of the hotel match with their expectations. The test of a long stay in any hotel is the breakfast buffet. Though simple it was a good spread and the food was of good quality. Antar and Taniya stood out in service. We liked the restaurant so much even hosted our friends for dinner as well. The rooms was very quiet( 408). The staff was very responsive. Any time we called they responded to our responses positively and enthusiastically.

May be add a few more fruit juices to the breakfast.

Breakfast was always a delight, offering different options daily. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit juice choices. I would like to commend Vivek for his excellent service in the dining room. The room was kept clean and I want to commend and applaud Sujith for his kind and attentive service. He was the best.

Perfect location , Very GOOD Support Staff - particularly Ms Saranya at Reception , NICE Food . Overall a very satisfying experience.

Footpath outside the Hotel were all broken . You should take it up with concerned Authorities as it affects walking , particularly for Senior Citizens ( all 4 of us were Seniors above 70 yrs old)
