Currently only one restaurant is functional. Although they have a good menu choice some variety should ve introduced.

Roads to enter the facility are horrible. these should be improved with Municipal authorities support. The facility dies not have cabs on call and one has to depend on Uber etc to go out.

5 star Ambience and View. Restaurant served yummy breakfast with lots of options. Front desk staff Meera was really helpful and also Toji assisted my family. Service was really good overall and kids loved their stay. I would definitely visit again next vacation.

I read reviews regarding children’s recreational area where it needed maintenance and even after months, the play area is kept like a Haunted place of a 3 star where no visitors are entering. This play area must be improved and maintained properly so that the 5 star experience is available throughout the resort.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque location along the backwaters, offering a nice escape from the city. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and provided lovely views. The staff were attentive and courteous, with special mention to George at the bar for his friendliness and hospitality. The dining experience at the hotel’s restaurants was excellent. Overall, a delightful place to stay and unwind.

The location is fantastic, though it’s a bit far from the city, so dining options nearby are somewhat limited. Food and drinks are a bit pricey, but that’s to be expected for the Ramada.

The pool was fantastic and my children absolutely loved it. My father was in a wheelchair and the staff was very attentive and helped us quite a lot. My wife, two kids, my aged parents and my sister would like to praise the fantastic service by your staff in the hotel and restaurants. I would definitely recommend any one travelling to Kochi to stay at least a few days at the resort. The gardens are meticulously maintained along with the pools.

The rooms and fittings are very old. It is clean but you can see the wear and tear. I hope you will refurbish this soon. Unfortunately the resort is not friendly for people on wheel chairs - near the pool or at restaurants: - The ramps are too steep and they do not taper down to the ground. - The same holds good for the restaurants - Reaching the pool is difficult, should provided for at least one easy way to roll a wheelchair to the pool.

Stayed here for 4 nights and it wasn’t enough. From the minute we arrived, we were greeted kindly. We loved our room, we had a poolside cottage, really recommend it. The staff were always smiling and helpful and just happy. The food was on another level. I couldn’t believe how good the food was on the A La carte menu. We didn’t have the buffet purely because there was food on the a La carte we wanted! There is a wait for the food, so you do need to be prepared for that, but boy, when it comes, it looks and tastes like a Michelin star restaurant, 5 stars to the chefs. The staff in the restaurant are a delight and I couldn’t point one person out as they were all fantastic. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking. I would make the point that it’s not on top of Kochi and all the things to see, but £10 for a cab and you’re there or £5 for a Tuk Tuk and it’s worth it.

The property has a beautiful lawn with a big swimming pool and an amazing restaurant.

We stayed there on New Year’s eve and there was loud music being played right under our room. The noise and the bass from the party was so loud that the bedroom windows were literally thundering loudly for hours. We complained about this nuisance to the management who responded in a very helpless manner since the party was of some VIP guest staying at their hotel. However i must say that the next day we complained again at the reception and they offered our entire family a complimentary buffet at their restaurant.

Very nice resort with a lake view and great swimming pools and facilities. We need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and this was the perfect place to be!

At 2 AM in the night we were wope up because of the noise coming from the ground floor. It turned out that they were hammering in the middle of the night in the staff area! I needed to go down and complain and they stopped. The day after we had a free upgrade to the cottage as a compensation.

Pool area superb - excellent for long periods of swimming and the poolside bar is a must. Went in the shoulder season and there was plenty of room in the pool, although the property itself was very busy but not overwhelmingly so.

Stayed in the main building with standard rooms - inside the corridors and rooms could really have been an hotel anywhere. The rooms overlooking the pool would add to the atmosphere and locality.

The pool is undoubtedly the standout feature of the property; its allure is truly remarkable. Not only is the pool itself impressive, but the level of cleanliness maintained is exemplary. Additionally, the panoramic view from the poolside is breathtaking, adding to the overall experience of staying at the property.

The staff response time has been noted to be slightly slower than expected. While the staff members are generally attentive and helpful, there have been instances where their response time has lagged behind.

The staff was really nice and helped with everything, the pool was fun for grown ups and kids (we travelled with 2, 7 and 10 year olds). The view to the lake was amazing and so were the breakfast options (some different things every morning). It was easy to order an Uber and Ola (both rikshaw and regular came over there), so we could be in the city within 30 min. The gym was very nicely placed with a beautiful view and has all the basic things you'd need.

The hotel needs some renovations, it was clean, but breaking from all sides (tiles in the pool, leaks in the bathroom etc). We broke a glass in the bathroom and they charged for it, it wasn't much, but just weird, especially in a 5 star hotel.
