A pleasing and awesome walkway to the property with lots of natural plants lining on both sides , treat to your eyes. Nice decent and Cozy room, with modern and artistic design . Clean and modern bathroom. Room with Nice features and amenities. Had a comfortable sleep. Superb location for shopping especially if youre non cochin based. TV , A/C and kettle all working. Overall enjoyed the stay and had a great and comfortable stay. The staff was professional and welcoming especially Mr Aromal.

If I'm being nitpicky, the no of drinkable water bottle could've been more than one. Lack of hairdryer and sandal and comfortable bedding and sheets was the minus for me.

Loved the service and the special care I received from the front desk. Aromal was exceptionally helpful and catered to all my needs. I wasn't satisfied with the first room allotted but he was quick to make arrangements for a better one. It's a lovely place and the fact that it's in town but cut off from noise makes it just perfect!

Standard rooms may be small but needs to have well-laundered linen and towels so I wasn't happy about it. But I was given a room upgrade for free and everything was new and fresh. I'd like the hotel to consider NOT COMPROMISING on hygiene just because rooms are small or for solo travellers. :)

Staffs was not good at all

Located close to the Shiva Temple. On Diwan Rd.. street food stands in area. Staff helped get my old, mobility challenged self up and down the hotel stairs. TDM store a block away if you need to buy inexpensive shoes or shirts. Lobby has a tempting rack of shirts and dresses for sale. Mosquito repellant was pluĝged in when I arrived. Big breakfasts. Air con. Hotel called a taxi when I left for the airport.

Whenever i travel, I prefer to stay at hotels that i know for sure will be good, or those of where I've stayed prior. At cochin, it was always Crowne Plaza. However, this time i was in the mood to explore a bit, and obviously I chose 'The neighborhood' seeing the reviews, and I must say they were right. The rooms were so well maintained, and the hospitality was amazing. I stayed at room 106. No hassles at all, they allowed me a early check in/ check out, the staffs at night were always available. Absolutely top notch hospitality. We loved their breakfast as well. On the second day, as I had to leave for my exam much earlier, the chef was so kind to have my breakfast delivered to my room. So yes, now I can say, I have got another place to come back to apart from Crowne. I was in a rush, couldn't personally thank the staff while exiting, so thank you guys for your service. We enjoyed our stay. Hope to come back soon. P.s location is pretty close to alot of the tourist attractions as well, so good place to stay, really accessible as well.

Maybe the verandah, it still is pretty, but I wish they tried to maintain the lawn as well, cuz its really pretty otherwise.

Booked for 2 nights. Extended 1 more night which was no problem. Staffs were very helpful. Hot water for shower was available on our request without any problems. Breakfast was good. Manager was very helpful and supported us in booking taxi with driver to Munnar and Allepey. Recommended and supported us in booking hotel in Munnar which was very nice hotel with beautiful view.

Flies on fruit during breakfast put me off to eat.

Firstly, staff excellent. We arrived early and they proactively expedited out room to get it ready. They also arranged late checkout - v helpful (extra cost, but expected and reasonable) Good location to train station, ferry to Fort Kochi and Kochi itself. Spotlessly clean large room and bathroom and superb shower (note the "standard room with fan" does have AC - check small print). Much more quality hotel than the price paid. High rating as at this price point it exceeded expectations. Better than some western hotels we've used! Breakfast was plentiful and nice.

Neighborhood exceeded expectations! Stylish interiors, spacious, spotless rooms, and a bed for perfect sleep. Impeccable hygiene and no traffic noise made it serene. The staff's awesome service was the highlight—welcoming, attentive, and professional. Highly recommended for a memorable stay!

Everything was great about this hotel. Breakfast is very simple but ok. The hotel is located in not tourist neighborhood which someone might not like. It’s far away from Fort Cochi, but you can take s nice ferry trip.

From the outside the place looks quaint and quite unassuming. Once you enter, you'll find tastefully done interiors and get to experience warm hospitality. What I liked most is that though it is centrally located, once inside you barely feel the hustle of the city outside... Bright, clean and welcoming - you can't go wrong here. I noticed that parking is limited - so if you're driving down call ahead and check. Also, only breakfast is provided. So plan your day accordingly.
