Everything was perfect for me, everything😍 I came in late at night and went straight to my room and had a beautiful sleep. Room was clean and in the morning, I tried the buffet breakfast. It was very very good. The head chef went out of his way to make something special for me, when he found out I have a gluten intolerance, even though most of the food on the buffet table, had no gluten in it. He was being nice. It was a short stay, but I will definitely come back, next time I visit Coimbatore.

There could have been a better spread for breakfast. Have had breakfast in other Fairfield by Marriotts where the breakfast was way better. Had asked for bacon with omelette, the bacon came 10 mins later, cold and was a complete turn off. Breakfast service and staff need to improve. Lunch buffet was worse. Also given the proximity to the airport, the airport pick up and drop should be free...if they want they could incorporate the same in the room rate, but just seems stupid to pay for an airport pick up where the hotel is barely 500 mtrs from the airport.

Hospitality of all staffs n Accommodating attitude adhere by all from the drivers to top Supervisory post staffs. Very impressed by this gesture. Please keep it up. Not forgetting the Restaurant team, we bothered them at late hours for dinner as some of our relatives came late...and guess what? They did not hesitate to provide food for all by understanding our situation.Great work guys. Please kindly keep this attitude n strive more. When there is a VIP(CM)visiting Kovai, Marriot hotel is very badly affected by traffic. Besides that no issues.

Excellent food. Chef Sakthi kept bringing out the flavours and presenting an incredible array of choices! The restaurant staff were also extremely attentive. Gym was nice and clean and well functioning with the basics that you need for cardio, stretching and weights.

Coffee repeatedly took a long time to deliver at breakfast. Taxi services way above standard rates.

This is really close to the airport, trade centre and colleges in the city. The staff really took care of minute details to make the stay pleasant. Loved their food, cost was worth the money and generous portion size. Loved the appam counter but the dosa counter was a miss. There was work on the garden and I hope i get to go back to see the finished external ambience. The sustainability was evident across the space.

It could do better with some form of entertainment on campus, perhaps a pool or some indoor entertainment and better channel selection on the telly. Missed English channels.

Buffet section was decent and their hospitality is good. It was not a bad experience at all to stay here, however it is little congested inside the room. Again, do not trust google navigation here, try taking help from locals and hotel staff for navigation to airport or into the city.

It was just an average experience in this hotel for the price they charge you. The only reason they charge you more is because it is near to airport which is a convenience in itself of course but this doesn’t justify their tiny and congested rooms. Two of us found it difficult to place our luggage in the room and walk comfortably to and fro inside.

Excellent food and service by the team. Every staff were so helpful and polite. Head chef Mr Suresh and his team were exceptional.Mr. Gokul the dining team member was so good and helped my mother in law since we came for breakfast. Overall Great place to stay. Reception service was excellent right from we checked in. Ms Bhuvana was so good and was clear with her answer and helped me with booking another room in the same floor and helped my mother in law check out in every single way. There was another staff at the reception with Ms Bhuvana ( sorry don’t remember his name) helped me with booking a taxi and answered all my queries patiently. The house keeping team were good including the bell boys! Keep up the good work. Will definitely recommend Fairfield Marriott in Coimbatore to anyone.

Dinner was very delicious and with many variety items. The presentation of food items was very impressive and brings a satisfaction. Catering staff took special care in explaining most items and found willing to be cordial and helpful. The culinary skills of kitchen staff is very impressive. I like to appreciate Mr. Sri Hari and team in taking extra care for us and organizing a cake cutting facilitation for our wedding anniversary. It was a surprise for us because never disclosed our intention of stay but they picked up from our conversation... This group of staff seems to be a real asset to this property. Breakfast was another satisfying tasteful stomach filling experience with south ,north and continental dishes. I shall recommend this property for those who look for a Happy stay.

A paid car cleaning arrangement was better at the property.

The staff (especially in the restaurant) were very very friendly and went out of the way to make the experience enjoyable. Special mention has to be made to one Mr. Sakthi who took care of all the needs. The dinner and the breakfast spread was also worth mentioning.

The room was quite small (even though it was well done and furnished) with not much of a moving space even though this was not a matter of great concern. Other than this there was nothing that I did not like.

I have taken dinner at your dining hall. Even the item not mentioned in menu was made excellent by your chef Yokesh and the taste was very delicious. Also the entire staff was very curtious and mainly Mr. Rakesh has taken due care of us both at dinner as well as breakfast. I must say that the breakfast was also excellent and having large variety of dishes.
