Very pleasant stay, excellent staff. Particular mention and thanks to : Anshika at the reception who went out of her way to make us comfortable. Sonia at the Range reception who would greet with a smile. Kalam Singh Negi the chef who was alway receptive with our dietary needs. He alonwith Sanjay and Sunil were always there to take care. Deepak Kumar was very attentive and helpful in the restaurant. Rakesh Joshi at the travel desk was excellent in his knowledge and guidance. The driver Rishi was patient and helpful in all the travels.

Loud music in all the restaurants. Customers need a quiet breakfast, lunch or dinner. We cannot converse at the table with loud music all around.

The behavior of front desk staff was very bad, especially front desk manager Ashutosh was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to offer the room for the category which we booked. I have never seen such unprofessional and misbehaving staff at any hotel in my life.

The location is perfect for a hideout in the lap of nature. The staff is very welcoming & respond promptly to any special request. While checking in , there was quite a rush as a large group for wedding also checked in at the same time. But the staff were very efficient & our check in process was done within no time. The property is quite new & the facilities are well up to the mark. The food menu is quite spread & one can indulge in variety of delicious items. The kids club is a big plus & our kids enjoyed to the fullest. The view from the infinity pool is very amazing but I wish the pool was a heated one as the temperature was very low

The swimming pool should be a heated one considering the ambient temperature is always on the lower side. The balcony of the rooms should be provided with some kind of roof for one to enjoy the serene environment even during rain

A great team. Really loved the hospitality. Thanks to Front office Manager Mr.Avinash Chandola for upgrading our room to suite room and Miss Anshika for decorating our room so nicely Beyul is a great roof top lounge with live music and great ambience.Mr Sandeep (restaurant manager) has arranged a beautiful private dinner table for us with fabulous decoration. The food was very good. He also gave us special discount on food and drinks. I would Highly recommend this place for a good stay

The food was exceptional, the spread and cocktail hours at the club were top notch. The staff especially Ms Anmol was very helpful and welcoming. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the forested hills in front.

We were given a balcony room on the first floor(We watched the proceedings of a wedding from our balcony and the rooftop bar, the moment was enjoyed, but a little loud) and the floor was indeed kept as separate as possible. So you may want to inquire about that.

it seems that the management and staff of hyatt regency Dehradun have firmly decided to make this the best Hyattin the country and the most iconic five star in Dehradun. the service is one of the best I’ve seen.. this is especially creditable given that they’ve only fully opened in March 2022. Harbhajan , the floor manager for the Range restaurant, Mohit, the head chef and all the staff make dining there a personalized experience with their wide range of selections exceeded only by their warm hospitality. Shivam , Tarun and all then other staff pay personalized attention to their guests. The rooftop swimming pool bar is one of the best locations to lounge and have a soothing cocktail in Dehradun … the warm toddy (not on the menu) served on a winter evening there warmed our bodies and hearts .. the transportation desk with suhail, Soumil, Chandransh all made their best efforts to help meet our frequent demands for excursions and city visits. finally the front desk and guest services were highly responsive and made sure our requests were quickly responded to …

Location is a bit out of the city but this is also an advantage as it’s located in a beautiful location

Almost everything. The rooms, the restaurants, the food, the staff, the view. The entire team is exceptional. Hospitality-11/10. The rooms are really clean and provide everything you can dream of. The restaurants are beautiful and offer a spectacular view and food. The swimming pool and its changing room with the steam and sauna makes the entire trip worth every penny. Love the fact that reusable glass bottles are being used, instead of plastic packaged bottles.

Just 2-3 things 1. You can't enjoy the balcony if it starts to rain.. rain also leaves it unusable for later as well. 2. The food at the club was a bit lousy. For example - the same chorizos tasted better during breakfast 3. The beds creek a bit. And were a bit too soft for me

Location was absolutely lovely. Not to forget to mention the desserts were absolutely mouth watering. Do not miss having them. The hospitality was very warm with the indoor activities being well planned for the day.

Excellent breakfast and the best is skyview bar and Beyum. The spa was excellent. The view is fabulous. The morning Sitar gives a good mood. and the night mood lighting make you feel you relaxed after the days job.

Nothing as such is noticed. The approach road needs to be repaired for a smooth ride to the property. and thats it.

Located in a valley. Beautiful view surrounding it. Mountains view from this location are unforgettable. All facilities are awesome. Kids Hyatt is good place for engagement of kids. Good number sir activities are available. Activities like horse riding , cycling, nature tour, village tour are well managed. Food quality is awesome.
