Title: A Blissful Retreat at Lazy Lagoon, Baga – A Lemon Tree Resort, Goa I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lazy Lagoon, Baga, and I must say it was an experience beyond compare. From the moment I stepped into the resort until the day of my departure, the hospitality extended was truly second to none. The staff, a dedicated team of professionals, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection. What stood out the most during my stay was the genuine warmth and friendliness of the entire staff. Every member, from the management to the service team, displayed a level of sincerity that is often rare to find. They were not just employees; they became like family during my time there. This personalized touch made my stay all the more memorable. A special shout-out goes to the General Manager, Mr. Roland McKenzie, whose leadership clearly set the tone for the exceptional service provided. His commitment to ensuring guests' satisfaction was evident in every aspect of the resort's operations. The culinary experience at Lazy Lagoon was a gastronomic delight. The resort boasts the best food I have ever encountered at any resort. The variety of dishes offered was not only impressive but also catered to diverse palates. Each meal was a culinary journey, showcasing the skill and passion of the resort's chefs. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the following staff members who played a pivotal role in making my stay feel like a home away from home: Ashish, Amey, Jaydeep, Sandeep, Shikha, Parth, Kevi, Shamu, Rahul, Aldrin, Jitu, Arjun, and Gauri. Their dedication, honesty, and caring nature were evident in every interaction, making my time at Lazy Lagoon truly special. Lazy Lagoon, Baga – A Lemon Tree Resort, has set a new standard for excellence in hospitality.

There is absolutely nothing I can think of which I did not like. I wholeheartedly recommend Lazy Lagoon to anyone seeking a perfect blend of luxury, warmth, and exceptional service in the heart of Goa.

The staff at this hotel were amazing. Every request regardless of how small or large was dealt with immediately. The customer service is second to none. The location was convenient to get to Baja and further north to Anjuna.

Nothing it was perfectly good. Can't fault the place.

I paid 10 thousand per night for the room without breakfast. This was really disappointing.

During lean season, the room rates were very high.

The price is very high compared to it's facilities. Discomforts - 1. They pushed me several times for advance payment, though I have given my credit card to charge me the full amount. They sent me a payment form to fill up for charging my card, then sent a link which was not working then again resent a link where international credit card is not accepted. I emailed them everything then also they were pushing me to pay the advance. My understanding was they were full of boarder, so they wanted to confirm my room. But interestingly they have only 2/3 boarder when I checked-in. I was very surprised to see this type of attitude from hotel ranged from USD 100 to USD 150 per night. This gave me discomfort. 2. They didn't have many boarder except us but they push us to check out by 11 and then extend 1hr. I understand they have some policies but they should use their facilities to give their boarder a good customer experience when they have the opportunity.

The location and rooms are very good in terms of space and comfort

Booking com got our check in problematic in the first place. We clearly made for 3 adults but they did it for 2 with same charges for 3. We wanted to sleep early but that didn't happen because of the mistake done by your booking site. It was lat r sorted but much time was wasted .Secondly the staff was slow and unresponsive. Food was tasty but very less quantity and overpriced. Should have more cleanliness given that it's a star hotel.
