Absolutely first class staff and customer service which made up for the somewhat grimy furnishings (stained lounge and chairs; curtains didn’t glide and were not hung properly and looked shabby and let in light when they’re supposed to be light blocking). Excellent housekeeping staff, front desk, and restaurant staff.

Working was questionable. Every day there was something—light not going off in closet so you had to skew with light on. They sent someone three times to fix but didn’t fix the problem. I gave up. Dimmer switch exploded in my hand when a bedside table lamp shorted out. Washer moved during cycle, so you couldn’t close the cabinet doors around it. Had to call maintenance a lot. Not enough western food on restaurant menu and room service menu. And when it was supposedly western, it still had chili/hot spices in it.

1. Front desk employees made errors multiple times giving access to the room cards ( had to come down 5 times to do the same ) 2. Expected an upgrade considering we stayed for 4 nights & paid around 80k, we are regular visitors, & we saw some rooms were actually available for upgrade on Monday/Tuesday ( we can understand high demand on Sat/sunday) 5. We requested adjacent rooms but were not given 6. The breakfast spread was chaotic on the weekend 7. One suggestion is to provide a room clock in every room The reason we come back here every-time is because we bring our cat with us & have been given upgrades, this time after spending 80k, we felt it wasn’t value for money, so might consider exploring another pet friendly hotel next time.

The staff - everyone of them were amazing. I tried to give a tip to the bell boy but he polite said no! The behaviour at the breakfast was really good as well. I would definitely make this a place to stay when I travel next - may be next year!!

Oh! you always have to write this - probably that they could have given me a delight of making the extra cot for one night free - it was only 1000 but because of price going above 7500 per night the tax went up from 10% to 18% on the whole amount...

Cleanliness and space....upmarket feel. Bfast was very decent and staff extremely courteous....Service with a Smile.

1.The Iron provided in the room was broken and leaking...it wud wet the clothes rather than iron them well. That iron in # 1601 had no business being there...and you should replace it. 2. There was no socket/plug point for the Hair Dryer in the Bathroom...one had to plug it outside the Barhroom space .which seems a but odd.

Breakfast is good but didn't met my expectations. Number of items can be increased and taste also can be improved more. Location of hotel is good, very convenient for office and other's.

There is nothing like i didn't liked about the hotel but cleaning should be improved, I observed they are not re-filling the things which are finished, sweeping and moping are not done that perfectly.

The apartment was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. Our room has a nice City view. We particularly liked the shower in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet had good selection, they also provided with other items not on display in the buffet upon request (such as capuccino, boiled eggs etc). Overall, a really comfortable stay and experience.

Front desk receptionists could be a bit more warm and welcoming.

Cleanliness, comfort and the location

The behavior of the lady at the reception, Though I have booked the room for my family, as soon as she saw my wife and daughter she jumped and said these are extra guests and 2000 rupees will be charged for them, and she kept asking me when I am checking out, before even it was 9AM, and policy allows to stay till 12PM. I finally checked out before 12PM.

The staff, service and facilities were great..and so was the breakfast. I'm not breakfast person - but i never missed it here. I also had my pet with me and everyone was so kind to him.

The location is great for office goers in the area, but not for visitors - although access to and from airport is quicker with no city traffic.

Spick & span room with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. Variety to choose from delectable Indian and continental, with healthy and tasty options. Dinner buffet was also excellent and with appreciable choice. Location in financial district was very convenient, just off the main road, yet not noisy and not polluted.

I loved the bed! Almost couldn’t get out of it. also the staff was truly lovely :)

It can be cleaner and I would nurture the pool area more :) Regardless, I had a very good time here !
