Every morning I had delicious scrambled eggs served by the friendly and efficient staff of Kakali, Rajesh, Sresta, Rohit, Farha, Pinki, and Karan the very effective and helpful manager. The setting of the restaurant was elegant and relaxing. The chef and servers were always very helpful in addressing any of my special dietary needs which usually came up during the evening meals. The front desk and courtesy desk of Nuckle, Ahmed, Abhi, Dolly Saw, Tiyasha, Subhmoy, and Raids were always friendly, kind, and helpful.

I wish the cloth napkins were 40% larger but the staff always made me feel like family.

After a few initial hiccups, I must say that the staff action thereafter more than made up for it. A special shoutout to the Front Office Manager, Vishal Malik and Housekeeping manager, Rambabu who really went out of their way to address any concerns and made my stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were big, confortable and clean. The head chef, Benjamin was superb. He specially catered a lovely delicious meal for me at their restaurant , Zega. For a solo woman traveller, I was made to feel at ease and at home. I also highly appreciated the free drop and pick up hotel taxi service to and from the office whilst I was there for the 3 days. I highly recommend the hotel for any business traveller. I will be back!

The location was great . The staff was excellent , the people who need special mention are Sagar in housekeeping ,Sachin in the restaurant and the Chef Benjamin . The breakfast as well as the dinner spread was excellent . The rooms were clean and was spacious .

Fantastic buffet breakfast and lunch options with a huge range of Indian and Western dishes, all very well prepared. Expensive by Indian standards but very high quality.

It would have been nice to have longer pool hours - I wanted to swim early and late, but the pool was not open so I was never able to use it.

Sheraton hotel was very cooperative and extremely understanding of my needs. We requested for an early checkin as my mother is 73 yrs old and they obliged graciously. Rooms were excellent, clean and spotless. I love the ever smiling team at Sheraton and their willingness to be of service.

A special request was made for late check out in our booking as return flight was night flight. To our surprise, the gentleman at the reception said that Booking.com didnt communicate our request to hotel. So, not granted.

The hospitality in this hotel has been nothing short if "Service Excellence". The rooms are spacious, clean, super comfortable. The entire staff was humble and help, can go to any extent to provide best customer experience. Would like mention Front desk executive name Debilina, Kriti and Yaman for helping us with everything. Also would like to thanks Chef "Abhey Kumar Sahoo" due to him our test pallets was satisfied with the AMAZING FOOD. As we are very specific with food so he even created some amazing healthy juices and dishes. Thanks Sheraton for having such a great team.

the hotel is very good. staying here many times and my previous reviews capture all the good things . I would stay here again.

i think it needs one dedicated indian restaurant. we wanted to have indian food but that is only in the buffet or in room service. We were a bit disappointed with the pan asian restaurant on 10th floor.

The rooms were really good and comfortable. The food was amazing and the chef (Vijay) was very kind and warm too. There was a lady from the housekeeping staff, Elina; her service was wonderful.

Everything, the room, The location and the food was fabulous. The most impressive was the outstanding staff always wanting to help and so attentive. A very special thanks to Shilpa, Just one of the many beautiful staff
