Our family recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location in Indore, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we were quickly escorted to our spacious and elegantly decorated room. The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a beautiful view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone in the family, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool that our children loved. The spa and fitness center were great for some relaxation and exercise. The lush gardens and open spaces around the hotel provided a perfect setting for evening strolls. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to hygiene and safety was evident throughout our stay, which added to our peace of mind. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities makes this hotel a fantastic choice for families visiting Indore. We look forward to our next visit!

The staff at most Marriott properties are well trained. They understand customer requirements and act accordingly. Even un this property Anand made check-in and bill settlement easy and convenient. Gayatri at Aanara though a trainee was warm and helpful. Vikas the chef was excellent with the starters I had. Kanha at the Cafe was extremely attentive to diners’ need and a smart lad. The bartender was great too! With limited raw materials he was running a decent bar. Accommodating my last minute laundry request was a great help. Thank u

Facilities and overall experiece are good. Regarding breakfast, Staff should ensure hot food serving all the time. Food are tasty and having varieties to balance the guest from various region.

The Utensils for keeping food with lid having Cloth on handles and guest seems not guest friendly. Guest has to balance lid to prevent falling. Request to use new Utensils having slide lid /half open intead of balancing the lid for taking food.

Beautiful property. Awesome vegetarian food. Very helpful staff and they really go out of the way to make you comfortable. Our best experience was with the bar and restaurant staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable and pamper us. The front desk staff was awesome too!

It would have been great to get a disclosed at the time of the booking (on their listing) that this property only serves pure vegetarian cuisine.

Everything about this property was top notch. Starting with whatsapp communication with DUTY MANAGER ANAND - He was exceptional. Arranged pick up from Airport. Prompt Communications. Helped arranged tours to MAHAKAL and UJJAIN and OMKARESHWAR. Vikash / Bharat / Laxmi / Giri / Saya -- were exceptional . Lovely hospitality. Food outstanding. Rooms amazing. Right from the doorman to the chef to the wait staff - everyone had a smile on their face and were warm.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional . More important is the cordiality and genuine hospitality at the restaurant. Special mention about Ankita who took extra care to pack some fruits etc for our trip. Also, the Duty Manager Simpi Tiwari was exceptional in terms of her taking care of guests. Overall, a big thumbs up to the management for an excellent feeling of welcome and caring to the guests.

The room size becomes a constraint when we have 3 guests- my mother in law and two of her attendants. Two queen size beds filled up the room. Also, one of the afternoons, there was loud blaring of music from a marriage function at the lawns below. This has to be avoided by management.

Sheraton Grand is a wonderful hotel and a delicious breakfast and friendly staff can really make a stay memorable. It's great that we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean, with limited toiletries.Its our first experience to stay in a vegetarian five star property, you can not get even eggs items in the hotel.

The stay was good, food was good. The staff was courteous especially Mr. Giriraj at the front desk was very courteous and also good the room ready before our arrival. The rooms were of good size. Overall the property is nice for stay

The only issue was the location it was a bit away from the main city. Also in the restaurant the staff was limited so getting food was taking time.

This property is a bit far away from the main city. So we had to travel a lot to see the usual tourist places. Other than that we had amazing experience here. Especially the good (Vegetarian) was excellent.

Breakfast was very good. The staff were very helping, always smiling and very friendly. Services were very prompt. Whenever we demanded something extra like a chair in room for friends to seat together, it was immediately done. Front desk manager, Mr Vinit was very helpful and friendly, so were the rest.

There could have been few sign boards to show the way to reception, which we found difficult on the first day as the property is very big. Some repetition of items in the food could have been avoided.
