Breakfast was very delicious. Variety of cuisine was available in Breakfast. Staff was polite and provided us on table service also. Breakfast was having Maharatrian, SouthIndian , NorthIndian as well as continental dishes.

Value for money. Provided free late checkout as flight got delayed. All staff was well groomed and polite. Good internet speed in room also. Air Conditioner was working properly. Bathroom was not & clean with latest amenities. Room was having kettle for Tea & Coffee. Roof top restaurant was excelant with nice city view while having dinner. Overall very much satisfied with the Hotel

Location . Mostly the customer service provided by the honest staff , be it at the reception , the buffet servers , the rooftop restaurant waiters or most importantly the cleaners of the room

Nothing much . Rooms could have been a bit more bigger . Ac was cold and we had to manage with some chill in the room after regulating the ac . One night we were constantly hearing someone talk for long hrs in the adjacent room . This was because a common door was being shared by both the rooms

Rooms were quite comfortable, spacious and clean. The mattress was very comfortable. Washroom was clean and hot water was available all the time. The food was hygiene , tasty and served quick.

Wifi was not working , food was very expensive ( for Ex- A Fried papad was charged 149 INR which is too high & not worth) . Breakfast coulbe better - Veg options were limited and fruits were not good

Its clean. The breakfast buffet is very very sumptous. As is the Dinner buffet. The room looked more spacious in the photographs.

There was a slight disagreement / confusion. I had booked a room for TWO adults and ONE child. My daughter is 12 years old. At the time of Check-in the staff insisted that irrespective of what was listed on booking.com, my daughter would be considered and billed as an ADULT, because the hotel policy says only children SIX years and below are billed as children. IF, IF the hotel policy says 6 + will be billed as adults, then that should be mentioned at the time of booking. Famlies with kids - who are booking a room here, please contact the hotel directly first .

I'm not happy with dining staff, not experienced and rude . In the morning, when I go for breakfast, staff they Don't bother. There is a table available or not . need to ask them plz clean the table they don't change water bottles, and I'm not happy with service .

Suraj at the front desk was super helpful, we arrived early as our road journey finished much before anticipated. Suraj made sure we had our room without much wait and he upgraded seeing how fatigued we were 😊

The noise from the wedding celebrations on our way in and out, but nothing disturbed us in our room

A Bad smell while entering the reception, Rest room utilities are not good. TV Channels are too less not useful for other regional customers.

Room could have been bigger, price of room is not in accordance with the price. I had to ask for towel 2 times. No hand towel was given.

Neat and comfortable rooms with comfortable bed. Good mix of toiletries. Nice shower.

No hand towel, no floor towel for the bath. No mini bar. Room service was not reachable and service was sloppy. Front desk staff entered wrong number on key card and wasted lot of time to find actual room.
