Location , Size of ROOM. Having lift.

1. Room service with Menu card option was there. But no attached Resturant 2. Billing System Manual /Hard Copy type. 3. Credit Card /Debit Card Payment option not there. Only QR Scanning System there. 4. Room having Big "fixed" glass but it has no option for Window type [ My booking was Non AC type . ] Room No. 104 provide /Stayed

For what we needed the place for, it's an excellent value for money. The staff are very lovely and hard working and the owner was kind and flexible with our needs too.

Nothing in particular but upon arrival I found out that my booking needed to be confirmed by a deposit. Being a non-national, firstly I didn't have the SIM card to receive their messages and secondly I couldn't have done the bank transfer as I don't have a local bank account. My recommendations would be that they allow card payments on the Booking.com through which it would be a lot easier to charge for the stay or even deduct the deposit amount.

Property is a bit on the inside but they have can facility to drop at the parchi counter. Food is excellent and very satisfying . The hotel is clean and staff is very courteous . Happy with my stay here.

It is very good hotel in katra, location is perfect, safe with family and hotel staff is very parking facility available in free. Hotel Managers are very good specially Mr. Vinay Sharma is very supportive.

The room is clean and the staff is very good. During our stay we found the night manager Pawan to be extremely polite and helpful. The quality of food we had was also fantastic

The bed could have been better

we enjoyed our stay at the property. the managers & staff were really courteous and always ready to help. property has pick & drop facility available from station. hot water was available all the time.

TV didn’t work well as sound & picture quality was sub par. Food ordered was yummy but not warm enough. Shower wasn’t working well.

My stay there was very comfortable and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Recommended for Maa Vaishnodevi Darshan trip stay and also for nearby sightseeing the Hotel arranged a cab at a very reasonable cost.

Should also provide wheat flour roti.

Nice location Very near from katra railway station... If you looking for budget option then go for it.. as you don't have to stay much in room if you coming for darshan Rooms and washroom were clean.. Good deal

It was an awesome stay in hotel Today. The room service was all time available and the the services was quick. The staff was supportive and polite. The rooms were neat and clean. It made our trip to katra an awesome one.

few guests don’t have the knowledge that it’s a hotel and not a home. they check in at 11pm and shout till 1am until they sleep. I complained the staff thrice. staff need to manage these sort of guests properly.
