The stay was great. We got an early check in without requesting the front desk. Very clean rooms and meets our expectation especially when traveling from the US. The vegetarian food was the best that my wife and I ever had and there was a lot of choices and everything was perfect! Everyone was super helpful. Ravinder and ? Rajesh ( sorry writing this review after a month!) were exceptional. Would highly recommend and it is very near to Vaisho Devi helipad. I could see the temple from my room ! It was an exceptional experience overall !

No negatives

Very nice and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The bathrooms were clean too, we were delighted to see this after we stayed in Lemon Tree Aerocity. The restaurant serves only vegetarian food, without onion or garlic, which is ideal if you're going to Maa Vaishno Devi temple from here. The staff guided us on the road to take as we wanted to trek up despite having the chopper tickets and advised on do's and don'ts.

We actually liked everything about this property. Only thing that did disappoint us was the time taken by the taxi to come pick us up when we landed back from the temple and we had to wait in the chopper area for quite sometime. However, they were always responsive with their 24/7 travel desk that ensured our calls went answered and constantly updated us about the location of the taxi.

Beautiful property with excellent service and good food options. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The views from our room were outstanding. The hotel provides 24hr private shuttle service to the Maa Vaishnodevi hike starting point.

Over all a very nice experience. From checkin to check out the whole experience was great. The staff was friendly and very pleasant. Even the food was very good.

The location is a bit far from the main square in Katra which was the old bus stand. Or I should say it’s not a walking distance from hotel to Darshani Darwaza or where one starts the yatra.

Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Cleanliness everywhere. They are very accommodating to different request. They have an amazing restaurant with very delicious food and wonderful staff.

it’s not value for money and breakfast was not up to the mark

Great atmosphere, and the view of the mountains is spectacular. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend sitting in the dining area! The service was welcoming and everyone was so kind and caring. Will definitely be coming again.

Breakfast spread was very decent. Seemed a balanced mix of North Indian and South Indian food options. Fresh fruit section could have been more elaborate and a coffee dispenser should be a part of the array.

it’s good .But the services are very poor.The room they gave me ,a/c was was not working. After requesting many time they told me that ma’am a/c won’t be working. After that hey gave me lower category room who ‘s location was like a business hotel or rather I should say even poor than that .

Location & garden is very good.

We really loved the location of the property and we also loved the way how the staff was so cordial and helpful with all the stuff. One suggestion I would like to make is that the hotel should start accepting international travel credit cards from other recognized banks. I would also love for the team to provide complimentary dinner services as well along with the breakfast for the price being charged. The breakfast was excellent and exceptional.

Prices for food services are quite high and they should allow for pick up and drop off services to and fro from the IXJ airport.
