It was a very nice property with good sized rooms and decent breakfast. The property was neat and clean and centrally located. The staff was courteous, welcoming, and helpful. The food in the room service was tasty and rightly priced. Overall we had a fantastic stay. I would definitely like to stay there in future.

One of the main issue is that the wifi was terrible. Some other issues such as, hair dryer was not working properly, no bathrobes as stated, no minibar. A pick and drop facility from railway station could have been marvellous.

It starts with the front reception desk who are very friendly on all queries, advice to tourists/ devotees. They gave us 3 rooms out of 4 as early check in at 0800 hours and followed up by a very good homely breakfast covering local delicacies. Very good food and very good service. Room sizes are good with space for 2 or 3 friends etc. They also arranged complimentary drop to banganga and a drop to airport on chargeable basis. Clean place with smiling service team. This is the 2nd time in 3 years that i visited karta and this is a preferred place for me, ALWAYS.

I am not able to answer, everything is so good. so accommodative and service oriented.

The hospitality shown by each and every staff member was exceptional. They did everything needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We were a group of 17 people visiting from Australia and we will highly recommend this hotel. We ate almost all our meals here and each every dish was cooked to perfection. They helped with transfers and arranged transport when needed.

The bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with some renovation.

Food was tasty with limited options though. Aloo Puri was real good ! Staff was courteous!

BestWestern seems to have adopted a local property and gives a local flavor which is good in one way but it shouldn’t be at an expense of the brand image. I could only remember that I stayed in a good local hotel with courteous staff but couldn’t carry anything which connects me with brand Best Western for future stays. The property facilities and staff seemed short of the brand expectation and professionalism respectively.

Almost everything. Hotel is located right ahead of the busy road leading to RFID issuance center (walkable) but still little away from rush. Ample parking space, smooth check in, spacious room with most amenities included. Room service and food was prompt and good. Clean linen & towels, breakfast was delicious with adequate options. Ban ganga transfers to and fro were smooth. Reception person was very helpful in letting us know the yatra basics and rfid process. Stayed for 2 nights with family. Check out was smooth and prompt. It was a typical Best Western experience. Keep it up.

Nothing as such but since it's being asked and I have to say, the room phone had issues and calls were getting dropped for room service, house keeping, etc.

Overall facilities, Staff & Breakfast spread were good..In room dining food was reasonably well priced and delicious to eat..

Inspite of following up, cab couldn’t pick us from Banganga, driver continued to make us wait. While breakfast spread was excellent, Service could be better in serving & filling up the empty counters

Well maintained, neat and clean. All amenities provided in the room. Room is spacious with sofas, writing table, tea/coffee maker, a mini fridge, locker in the wardrobe, enough cloth hangers etc. Washroom has glass enclosed bath area and the toilet kits (shampoo, body wash and moisturiser). Linen and towels provided were clean. More than that, the staff is very helpful, efficient and very courteous. Early checkin and late checkout (an hour plus in each case) was provided without any problem. The restaurant serves good food (with no-garlic, no-onion menu) and here too, the waiters are very polite, attentive and efficient. Buffet breakfast is inclusive in the package and had a decent spread. The overall experience and feel is not less than any 5-star hotel like ITC/Taj but at an affordable price (value for money). Highly recommended for a pleasant and comfortable stay at Katra.

Room Size & Cleanliness - The room sizes are lovely and such nice and clean rooms. Really good Breakfast - Great breakfast Staff - And such lovely and courteous staff, they have us an early check in and late check-out. Loved the stay and highly recommended it. You won't get better value for money than this in Katra. Already recommended it to a few people visiting Katra soon Thanks Sonu ji for a great stay

Pick up from Banganga - Wasn't aware they offered that. When I then got to know about it and requested for some more people of my family, the driver on duty said he'll only do 1 round, when we needed 2 rounds as we were 8 people

Very clean...Value for money...Room and washroom are exceptionally clean and quite spacious...Good location on main road with parking facility and pick n drop complimentary service to Ban Ganga round the clock..

At this price point some toiletries like tooth brush, tooth paste, shaving gel and razor could be provided...

Very good location, helpful staff, good breakfast, any need by the time you put the phone down, it is there at your door! Good service. Comparing it with other hotels!! Maybe I was there in the off season. Whatever it shows the spirit of the staff and the management.

Everything was ok. just right. Nothing comes to my mind immediately.
