Everything was so perfect and well assembled that it's hard to find or point out even a single mistake or fault. Without any doubt Rama Trident is one of my favourite hotel in Katra. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the front desk head Mr. ROHIT RAJ, he was very polite and helpful during our stay. Restaurant is neat and clean and well organized and food was fabulous. We really had a good time. Mr. ROHIT RAJ is such a warm personality and highly motivated and dedicated personality/ guide, highly recommandable I must say. Property was well maintained and easy to approach from near by Transportation mode. We had a gr8 time. Blessings to entire staff, keep it up.

I haven't sufficient time to have otherwise i would have love to do that & must say gonna have good, maybe next time will have for sure. It was my random plan for vashnau devi mata darshan and i booked a room in this hotel they arranged everything my yatra ticket and a drop and a proper guidence to begin for the yatra staff is really nice supportive in every need and safety purpose tooi would like to specially thanks reception manager mr. Rohit for the special help in early check-in on the day generally every hotel gives 12pm but as i reached bit early he nicely arranged for my journey & supported in very rash time 15th august 2022, it was all possible with your team support thanks alot keep up good humanity & mata rani bless you all.

Excellent fresh and hot food. Good buffet breakfast spread. The Front Office person Mr. Rohit Raj's service was exceptional. He made all the necessary arrangements for us including pick up from Jammu Airport, the Darshan trekking pass, printed our Boarding passes etc with a smile. The room was well appointed and stocked and 24 hours hot water supply was very handy when we reached back tired after 8 hours walking/darshan at 1 am. Very courteous staff and good room service too. The entire stay including breakfast and lunch for two came to around INR 6,500. Great value for money in a clean and comfortable place.

Stay was comfortable, food was also good. Front desk person were best, quick service.

The entrance is not appealing, the dhabas outside the hotel and parking space is not clean which makes the first look little disappointing. I would like to suggest to keep iron in rooms.

it was a pleasure staying at this property, which is 5 minutes from the railway station. This is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast is good and you can choose: Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed. I will definitely stay there again. Hotel Manager Mr. Rohit Raj behavior was exceptionally good.

Hotel can add the services for pick n Drop to the Railway station/Helipad for their guests with additional reasonable charges.

Excellent hospitality from the entire staff. Mr.Rohit Raj, the manager is very humble as well as given the best facilities whenever needed. Cleanliness is the key word for the property. Happy to share the feedback. One must visit. Best stay in Katra

I would suggest keeping garment iron in the rooms.

We were really taken good care of by the staff. Rohit at the front desk was exceptional. His courteous behaviour and welcoming nature was icing on the cake. Rooms were excellent and the upkeep was par excellent. Recommended to anyone.

The location and cleanliness of the hotel. The view of Trikuta parvat from hotel’s balcony was superb.. we could even see a very distant snow covered pick of Himalaya mountain from the balcony..

The exhaust fan of bathroom should’ve been little stronger.

very nice hotel and very good veg restaurant. the receptionist took darshan ticket for us and also dropped us to trek start point. They also arranged tour guide travels for local visits in Katra. overall super duper experience. best part is they are not too fussy about check in and check out. we stayed for 2 nights and they were very flexible
