Excellent location to spend quality time with family. We went in early June which was still warm and little humid but evening and night temperature were pleasant. The property is big enough to allow you to move around and enjoy the nature particularly in the early morning and evening where sunset view is gorgeous. Kids also get a chance to play the badminton and cricket. You have an option to go for long walks and Iungle Safari at Kalagarh Tiger Reserve which is nearby Quality and taste of food is exceptional and while it may look costly but given the place is on a mountain and far off from the town this may be a factor. All the staffs were courteous and the Property Manager Mr Rajendra is very supportive and someone who can go extra mile to make your stay comfortable.

1. Option to have few indoor games like TT or billiards. 2. For people staying longer duration (ex 3 days or more), fooding could have been offered at cheaper rates as a package. 3. In addition to the usual dorset door locks, there were no latches provided from inside of the door in the Suite so a suggestion was given to Mr Rajendra to have this provided to offer privacy.

The location is amazing, away from the city, amid forest, you can only hear birds chirping. Rooms are okay but the staff is super helpful and courteous. Took care of us a lot. Special attraction for us was an off road ride from parking to hotel facility. Those 2 mins were full of adventure and fun.

Facilities in the room, for example,bathroom slippers, iron, a mini refrigerator to keep eatables and better toiletries. Since it is far from city, more indoor games could also help people engage kids.

Location was excellent. If you want to enjoy your vacation at secluded place, this is the best bet near Lansdowne area. You will get a real feel to live in an absolute raw jungle. You can spot a tiger if your lucky enough. Tip: Need to plan carefully if you are travelling with senior citizens as it might be little tough for them to climb up and down from your Hut to restuarant/reception area. Hospitality was superb.

The food is great, their hospitality was amazing. The views are spectacular. The staff is extremely polite.

The resort is located at a remote area, there is nothing you can do after sundown.

The location was a bit far off from the main city but once you reach there, you are right in the middle of nature earth. The property is extremely huge. Lot of greenery You will be cut off from the hustle bustle of the city The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The food was tasty, though expensive.

The room facilities should be upgraded. Bathrooms should be worked upon. Also, since once cannot go anywhere near the main city for anything , the resort should include more on-site facilities and snacks etc. Wifi should be there as the network on the property is spotty. The road leading upto the hotel should be more accessible and more road signs should be placed. Do not travel in the night. Try to reach the place in broad daylight

the property has an amazing view overlooking the hills and you just feel like clouds are surrounding you.

Its a bit offbeat location. Lansdowne is approx 30-40 km away from the resort.

The scenery is fantastic. The staff was friendly. The food was quite good. It towels etc were clean and the manager was more than friendly and eager to help.

Each time you went out and came back to the resort, you needed to wait until their transport ferried you from the parking lot to the resort. Sometimes, the resort car would be out on some work and once we all needed to wait for over 30 minutes before the Bolero came to pick us up. If normal cars could go all the way up to the resort, it would be better. But at the moment, except for Jeeps and Boleros, nothing goes up by the dirt road so all cars have to be left at the parking which is quite some distance away.
