The staff is wonderful. they are efficient, clean and very very sweet. right from the time we checked in the reception staff Anil was very efficient. the check in didn’t take long and they gave us excellent rooms. if you want the view of the Ganga you shld stay in 205 and 206. it has a beautiful view. the restaurant staff Pankaj, Bhimsingh Negi, Sachin, Devendar were just superb. they made sure we had everything we wanted. the food is very good. the Ala carte is better. buffet is sufficient. they have high tea and they have very good oat biscuits. the food menu is limited but frankly it’s enough. the housekeeping staff is Also very good. the staff is very well trained. it drizzled on one of the days and they have kept umbrellas outside our rooms even before we could ask for it. I would definitely come back. and yes the river bed is a must visit. please use the hotel services for rafting. they are attached to a company called Himalayan river runners and they are really good, safe and efficient. please ask for Shivam when u book it. if it’s your first time he’s the person you shld go with.

this property is not for senior citizens. too manysteps and uneven ground. this property is also not the original glasshouse but it’s very well maintained and very very pretty. it’s rustic compared to the earlier one. they can add better heaters, what we had was also sufficient but they can use some more modern stuff.

Wonderful location..serene and peaceful. Secluded too. Excellent and freshly cooked food. Authentic hill cuisine. River chat room was nice with just the sound of birds and the river flowing. The property is on a hill side so requires some level of fitness to trek down to the river side beach. Ideal location to rest relax read and unwind. No need to leave the property.

We liked the property and had no problems. But this won't be suitable for the very elderly since some climbing of stairs and slopes is required.

The two best aspects were the property which is beautiful, very in keeping with the surroundings which were spectacular. One of the highlights of our stay were the cups of coffee on the balcony, listening to the birdsong, the river rushing by and the mountains beyond. There are no other sounds. Also very good was the service - prompt, efficient, helpful and polite. Checkin/checkout was also a smooth and efficient process, just a few minutes.

The walkways throughout the property are steep and rough cut stone which is very picturesque, but they would have been safer if there had been a handrail. There is a handrail in parts but it should be extended to cover all of the paths. I also think that the food could be better, it is good, but can be improved.

Mr.Negi from F&B as well as the Chef were really great with the service provided. The property was very well maintained, room service was prompt, the food (especially the Pahadi cuisine) was excellent. The access down to the Ganges was also convenient and the trek back was just aptly challenging. Overall a really comfortable and enjoyable experience

The AC stopped working in one room and was slightly sporadic in another room

Neemrana GlassHouse is one of the top location nestled outside chaotic Tapovan. They have a private beach but one has to do a steep trek to go there The food & service was top notch & really loved it. special thanks to Mr Rana the manager at the reception desk for helping us with all the arrangements which were asked for

We traveled with the complete family with kids and my not to old buddies.We had a great stay at the property, view of Ganga is mesmerising with the outside seatings at each room . Full of greenery and the staff to name Devender & Negi and the team were very very helpful Food from Pasta’s to tikka’s was excellent Overall we had a great family vacation

The staff was very courteous and helpful. Included complimentary breakfast was great. Campfire at night was fun to sit around and chat. A hike down to the river was rejuvenating. The surroundings were serene and peaceful.

It's a bit distant from Rishi kesh, but if you are close to the city you won't get the quiet atmosphere which is the beauty of this place.

The position of the hotel 🏨 s lovely right above the Ganges. The rooms were very comfortable, clean & spacious with nice bathroom & free water tea & coffee. The staff were lovely especially in the dining room. The food was good. Great breakfast & high tea included.

It was in the pricey side.

The location of the property is amazing. The local cuisine was excellent. I should mention the Staff is very warm, helpful and accomodating. The property is very weel maintained, this is a big plus in a remote location like Glass House. Overall I think the place makes you feel welcome and allows you to relax.

There was nothing to dislike, personally I would think they could add some benefits to create a Value for Money feeling

It is a small property and exceptionally well managed. The staff are brilliant and they trully make you feel comfortable and homely. Food was great and gave a good taste of local cuisine.

Cleaning team is the only space which needs to catch up with the rest of the team.
