We booked one room for Senior citizen parents and check-in date was 6th April. We got the confirmation beforehand that the room booking is confirmed it will be available on the date of check-in. The hotel staff was so non-cooperative and seemed greedy. In the morning around 10 AM also we got the assurance that The room is getting ready for check-in and room keys will be available after noon. Later on when the guests reached at the hotel and asked for the Check-in, the hotel staff denied and said that the room is not available and it is booked. We got to know that the hotel staff got the over booking of the room at some other website called "Agoda" which is highly unprofessional and greedy behavior by them. Being a Senior citizen, the guests suffered a lot that night. We actually should get compensated by the Booking.com due to this highly mismanagement and it doesn't suit the image booking.com carries in the market.
