from the beginning of my booking, Sunil, the front desk manager, whatsapped me and I had excellent communication with the hotel. Then Brian, the driver picked me up and later we also toured around Old Goa and Brian is so knowledgeable and informative. All the restaurant staff Nikil, Staron and Remy were fantastic and I so enjoyed the freshly cooked Goan fish and curries. The chef Bhadam is excellent! There is also a nice pool and you are within 7mins walking distance to an endless long 12km sandy beach. There are life guards everywhere. The hotel is set in a wonderful residential area and I enjoyed my long bicycle tours around the area. Lovely old Portuguese houses and all full of green palm trees. I also would like to thank Raja the night manager and Sanjeev the watch man and Alistair and his team for very good house keeping. the property is privately managed by Mr Orville and he looks very much after this property. This is a cozy resort not a huge corporate one but a cute family owned resort, but one with everything that you need to have a very relaxing vacation. The staff are super friendly, Sunil the GM and the staff went way above and beyond to make us feel welcome, the took care of all the small requests that we had to make our stay very enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and the beach which is a short walk away was very quiet and peaceful this allowed the kids to really enjoy by being themselves. There is a lifeguard at the beach that made it feel safe. The staff helped us book a wonderful cab and driver Mr. Sudesh who took us around Goa to see the sights. He has good recommendations for shopping and restaurants as well. Overall we had a very good time, wish the vacation was longer.

bed was extremely comfortable and food at the restaurant was outstanding! staff allowed us to check in early, which was amazing after 20+ travel hours.

the road to the beach was difficult to understand and felt a bit like trespassing. the sounds from the airplanes were very loud.

Place is very pretty - the location, the pool, the garden and the lights in the evening create a magical atmosphere. The breakfast is very good, with many choices and in great quality. The beach is close and it's the best beach we've seen in India. Rooms are pretty with balconies with a great view

The staff can sometimes be a bit lost - they forgot about room cleaning once, also sometimes they made you feel like you needed to make sure you weren't charged more - they charged for extra fruit for breakfast, or they gave smaller portion for.lunch even when the menu said it was bigger. But overall it was still a great experience.

Great hotel with lovely staff. The pool is clean and perfect for a cooling swim. The hotel is situated close to a long, clean and beautiful beach. Good to know is that taxi/car is needed for transport, there are no tuk tuks close. Good service and helpful staff in both restaurang and reception. Manager Sunhil helped us with both airport transfer and sightseeing trip.

Amazing place with very helpful staff! On the first day, it seemed like this place was not suitable for us at all because it is located far from shops and restaurants. However, after renting a car, we realized that this hotel is just amazing. There are no noisy crowds nearby that could interfere with your rest. The nearest restaurant on the beach can be reached in 30 minutes, which helps to work up an appetite before dinner and take a little walk afterwards. The staff is very responsive and ready to solve any of your problems. They fed us for lunch, even though the kitchen is closed until 7 pm, helped us find a car for rent, and on the last day, they found a taxi driver who took us to the beach and then to the airport. They also allowed us to stay a little longer in the room, as it was an evening flight. Many people write that only a wild beach is nearby, and this is true, but at the hotel, you can take a taxi and be taken to the Majorda beach in 10 minutes, where you can relax comfortably and eat at Cafe Camron. They serve local cuisine, boiled eggs, chicken sausages, and fruits for breakfast. But you can also ask for coffee and omelet to be prepared for you. And please do not pay attention to Mr. G's review below, this rude and uncultured person constantly made noise, did not respect the staff and other vacationers, and was always dissatisfied with everything. Many thanks to the staff and hotel owners for creating such a fantastic cozy atmosphere. We will definitely come back to you.

In the mornings, you can really hear the train sometimes, but it didn't bother us at all. I would just recommend adding blackout curtains, as the sun can be a nuisance for some in the morning.

Very helpful staff (not all however, some don't even say hello and tend to avoid eye-contact), Polite and welcoming security guard, Simple breakfast, Quiet neighbourhood. Good to have some transportation if one would like to wonder around. Taxi could be ordered by the staff at the fair rate. Beach 5 minutes on the bike that one can take from the hotel. Unlimited bottled water. Air-conditioning works very well on top of that the rooms are equipped with the ceiling fans. The beds are comfortable. Rooms aren't too big. The considerable downsides are: - some petty furnitures in rooms like the plastic, used chairs serving as a night stand. - rather big amount of dust present on some furniture and under the bed. In conclusion more than pleasant hotel for affordable price for those that look for some calmness away from hustle and bustle of big Goa Resorts - however the hotel would do much better if the reviews like this one were taken into consideration. 10 points as I had good time there and I wish the hotel all the very best if I didn't that would be 7 :)

What a blissfull stay. Everyone was so kind, doing their best to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Our room and bathroom were nice and clean, whenever we needed new towels or anything else, staff was always around ready to help. Breakfasts were in a buffet style with a great selection of food (indian, bread & jam, eggs, fruits, chai masala,..). We also enjoyed all food from the menu, everything was so delicious and freshly made. There is also a nice swimming pool available in the resort, where we had a lot of fun. Nice beach is just 10 minutes walk from the property. It also takes around 10 minutes to get to the small local market. We also borrowed bikes to take a further look around. If one wishes to take even longer trip or just need a lift to the airport, there is driver available. Highly recommend...

Very sweet and responsive staff, especially at the reception, breakfast and security gate. Like other reviews mentioned - it is a bit remote but that’s exactly what we wanted and why we booked this hotel - you have the whole beach to yourself and there is a nice beach cafe within a walking distance. We also rented a scooter through the hotel for a good price - that was really fun! Restaurant was good (quite limited options if you want some alcoholic drink though). I really recommend this place if you want to have a proper peace and rest.

Pool was a bit cold but it didn’t bother us much. Some music at the dinner/bar would help to make the atmosphere more lively. Nothing major to add here, we had a good time. 😊
