I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritage Comfort Inn, this is my second stay at this property in last 2 years. The experience was amazing just like previous stay in Nov 2022. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for an outstanding stay. The check-in process was seamless, with the front desk staff efficiently handling my reservation. I had arrived way before checkin time and the hotel occupancy was at full capacity but they somehow accommodated me in a room that was vacated under an hour back. Really thankful to hotel staff for this flexibility. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully appointed, with all the comforts and conveniences I could have asked for. During my one week stay the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, whether it was arranging transportation, helping with luggage or ensuring that my room was always stocked with my preferred amenities. Special thanks again to Mr Asif, Mr Farooq from reception, Mr Satish from restaurant and ever present and always smiling Mr Popat. You have made my trip memorable. Overall, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect.

The hotel staff from security guards, the concierge team, the bell boya, the waiters and room service all displayed a very high customer centric approach. They were very courteous and helpful, with a keen eye for customer care and did it with delightment.

We stayed at this hotel last year so we knew it offered good clean accommodation and good value for money. We’ve now stayed here 3 times while transiting through to other areas in India or on our way home. Although it is a drive to the Gate of India and Mumbai Fort area, the taxis are very cheap. The rooms are a good size and the air con works well. Breakfasts are good. We didn't eat in the restaurant at night. We found this fab bar just along the road where we ate called Renault. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Particularly Mr Farooq who has looked after us very well each time we’ve stayed. We left my husband here on the last night in India as he couldn't get on the flight home but Mr Farooq really looked after him very well.

the staff here are unbelievable. I think i would rate them as being one of the best serving staff i have had the pleasure of dealing with, unrivalled even to a 5 star hotel. so courteous, polite, responsive, and accommodating. THE best of the best. keep up the good work :)

the rooms could really do a regular weekly maintenance check up. had quiet a lot of issues which were promptly fixed, but really should have been there in the first place had there been a regular maintenance plan in the hotel in the first place.

Rooms were good food was ok not upto the 4star mark

Staff behaviour at the concierge specially a senior lady staff wearing specs her name was like Lata or some Wat like that was always busy with some one about her family n life she don’t care if some guest is waiting or what….she also don’t know to speak to the guest. Bell boy, restaurant staffs were very polite. House keeping staff is not trained at all they will ring the door bell 3 to 4 times and if u don’t open the door they will open it with the master key. So better be careful if ur doing something personal. Staff need to be trained.

Staff at frontdesk very helpful and friendly, restaurant ist very good, breakfast is good, continental bf could be slightly better, location is more or less central, enviroment around hotel needs more improvement

Roomentry doors are very solid and give an annoying slamming sound throug the poorly soundproofed marbel aisles and hallways. Everytime guest coming or leaving the sleep is interrupted. Reduced rates for late arrival and depature due to advere flight schedules would be highla appreciated.

Auxiliary staff and front office desk were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms spacious and maintained cleaness.

I booked through booking.com, and they weren't transparent regarding tax. I got an email for x amount and later was deducted a higher amount that was x +12% tax. On asking was told by the front office that there was an element of tax, which was 12%. Which was too high and never mentioned when booking was done.

Location is excellent as parking facility is good.staffs are courteous. The food is delicious. Room is clean and the bathroom has 24 hour hot water facility. Ac is effective. The staffs at reception are responsive. In all this hotel is value for money.

Sometimes calls were unanswered by the house keeper. Wardrobe has just 3 hangers which is quite insufficient. The Shower in the bathroom needs replacement so I demanded bucket and mug which was provided but I needed bathroom stool too.Besides routine room cleaning which I had asked for, my room was visited by house keeper twice in my absence which was scary but nothing was stolen.

Excellent location- 20 minutes from Colaba Causeway, 20 minutes from Dadar. 02 minutes from Byculla Train station. Hotel has many grocery shops (mini), pharmacies, restaurants near by-Burger King, South India joint, Persian Darbar. Mumbai Zoo is 05 minute walk so perfect place for kids. Hotel restaurant also serves delicious food.

Nearly everything it was a very nice place was quite sad to be staying only for a few hours before our next flight

:-( actually am sad to say this but it was not nice to received a call from the restaurant at about 19hrs to see if we are interested to come for dinner or we prefer a room service or anything else. Indeed most people may not be sleeping at this time but as we had a flight late at night i was having a nap and when the phone rang just aside of the bed 🤣🤣 i'll let you imagine ...
