The entire property is beautiful, the bed is very comfortable, the rooms are well laid out with special attention paid to lighting and comfort. The bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff are very helpful, everyone speaks exceptional English, including the drivers.

The pool has been under refurbishment since July 2024, we booked before this and at no point did they reach out to say it would still be being refurbished whilst we were staying. The pool was a decider in the booking of a hotel. The rooftop bar, AER, constantly being suggested to you by staff, never had any availability. They seem to prioritise outside guests to hotel guests here.

The service was exceptional. The staff were always asking questions about our stay and if we needed anything. The room was cleaned twice a day. We used Ubers to get around and staff at the front of the hotel were always pleasant and highly efficient in managing the flow of cars arriving for drop off/ pick up. There is a restaurant/ business meeting lounge on the top floor and has great views of the city. We had daily breakfast, two evening meals, two lunches and one meal delivered to the room. The menu has a wide variety of international cuisines and was always first class. My daughter enjoyed the SPA massage.

Mumbai is not a pretty city to look at. Many of the buildings are old and there is a lot of unregulated housing. The immediate area was quite run down and there was nowhere to explore. I think anyway crossing the road in Mumbai is a challenge for international tourists.

Room was amazing and staff really added to the experience with all the little gifts and small touches like fresh flowers, fresh fruit and sweet treats. Our room was spectacular with a view of Mumbai as far as the eye could see. Rooftop bar is worth a visit too. Many options available for breakfast. Staff were very attentive.

Soundproofing of rooms could be better. There is a nightclub and music can be heard as well as ongoing construction (outside of the hotel and beyond the control of the hotel). It would have been nice to use the swimming pool which is currently being renovated. However non of this detracted much from our stay and we would certainly return.

I liked the modern decor and the room size was decent. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Staff were very helpful. I liked the fact that when I asked for a car for the day it was readily available. It came with WiFi so that helped me stay connected.

I had arranged for an airport pick up and after a couple of messages giving my arrival details the car was not sent. Apparently someone missed my messages. The hotel upgraded my room and waived the charge for my trip to the airport but the stress caused by this error dampened my initial experience. Breakfast selection in the restaurant was not extensive and the quality of food was not what I would expect at a four seasons hotel. When I wanted to make a local call from the room I was told that this is not allowed, that I had to come down to the reception and ask them to make the call for me. In 2023 I find that this is totally unacceptable.

-All staff are very polite and welcoming; this includes housekeeper, lobby staff, luggage attendant, dinner staff, and airport shuttle driver. -The bed and bathroom are very comfortable to use. -Breakfasts are excellent, (great taste, just the right amount, and good variety). -I especially love the Hotel's WhatsApp chat, it is very convenience way to make any request; the Chat response staff is even able to give good sight-seeing recommendations when asked.

The room's WIFI is quite slow. While it is not unusable, I expected better from 5-Star hotel.

Liked the location of the hotel, the friendly helpful staff and the excellent restaurant. Our room was also spacious and comfortable. I had lost my jacket and scarf at Dehradun airport and the concierge staff at your hotel went above and beyond to get it returned to me. They made contact with the airport and arranged for the jacket to be sent to our hotel in Delhi before our flight home. This really was exceptional service and I very much appreciate the efforts of the staff involved to get the jacket back for me.

The hotel was undergoing refurbishment so there weren't any lounge areas to sit in and the only restaurant for meals was SanQi.

I've never stayed at a Four Seasons so wasn't sure what to expect, but the customer service, room size and finishes are impeccable. The staff was so friendly, helped answer any questions and were absolutely lovely people. The room was spacious and after 2 weeks on the road in India, the shower was a dream of hot water and amazing water pressure.

The only thing we wished was a bit better was the water flow in the tub. It took well over half an hour if not more to get 2/3 of the way filled. Most tubs take 5 minutes or so but this was insanely slow. Temperature was fine but this was our only issue.

They made sure my shirt was immaculately cleaned and ironed, ensuring I was prepared and on time. To my surprise and appreciation, the service was complimentary, reflecting the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. 4. Personal Touches: One of the most heartwarming aspects of my stay were the handwritten notes I found in my room. These personal gestures from various team members created a connection that is rare to find in the hospitality industry. 5. Dining Experience: The culinary journey at the Four Seasons was nothing short of magnificent. From enjoying an unparalleled view at AER Skybar to the culinary delights at San:Qi, my palate was in heaven. The team at San:Qi deserves special mention. They made me feel like more than just a guest, greeting me by my first name from my second visit onwards, reinforcing the feeling of being amongst friends. 6. Final Thoughts: It's evident that the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai is doing many things right. When you have team members like Jai, Gauri, and countless others who show such dedication and passion for service, it is a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. I not only left as a satisfied customer but also as an ardent fan.

The staff was really thoughtful and accommodating. They assisted me with getting a reservation at Aer, which was a wonderful experience. They also assisted me with arranging a pickup of some packages and other extras which really made a difference in my stay. They were thoughtful about my gluten allergy as well. And they were attentive to my feedback to the spa team and overall responsive to my inquiries and needs. I greatly appreciated it!

The room, the rooftop restaurant, the breakfast, the gym and the pool are really great. But what I found amazing is the service. Everyone from the concierges to the waiters at Aer (the amazing rooftop bar) go the extra mile to make sure you have a fantastic stay.

Renovation ongoing, which means to real lobby. But the quality of the restaurants and gym/pool/spa easily makes up for it.
