Breakfast was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good cause it's near to the airport but in general isn't the best neighbourhood. It's nice that a gym was available though it's small.

The bedsheets were not always clean. TV was old and didn't have YouTube. It was a bit expensive as you can find similar hotels for a fraction of it's price. The gym was so small, almost nonexistent.

The excellent hospitality extended by entire hotel staff in handling the situation after the initial mishandling. But for this the overall experience would have been excellent instead of very good.

My experience would have been overall excellent but due to some initial mishandling, my booking was re-forwarded to their other sister hotel which was horrible and located in another horrible area-but subsequently it was rectified and we were taken to the hotel which we booked. Though my couple of hours wasted but after that we were excellently well treated by the entire hotel team.

Hotel room was very clean, nice and comfortable. Hotel restaurant in mezzanine floor is good and service especially Ms Renuka was very helpful and courteous. Overall hotel is very good. I had booked my hotel reservation by using Booking for.com ,but when I landed in Mumbai and tried to check to the hotel they told me that my booking is cancelled by Booking dotcom, reason they could not verify my credit card. But I had booked my room by using my Bank Debit card as I don't have credit card. Very very bad of Booking dotcom service, they cancelled my room booking without informing me. I will never use the service of Booking dotcom next time or ever. But the staff of hotel Ginger was very good and they gave me room. Thanks for their good gesture.

What we paid for the hotel was not that worth. It was just a basic hotel with average size rooms. Would have been happy if there was a bar in the hotel where NRI could spend some time

Room 904. This is the second time that I've stayed at Ginger Andheri, (Terigali). I would say that the quality of services have much improved since my last stay. Everything was great, check-in time was quick, even though I arrived after midnight. Food was excellent. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and all the facilities worked well. I had need for an Iron and they had a room attendant bring one right to my room. Price within my budget. But Room service menu was a bit one the higher side.

-The water in the shower bath area took some time to drain completely, so I would assume the drain is clogged. It would certainly need a check. -For couples in one room , it would be better to offer two bath towels than the usual one. -At least two of the Ironing tables available for use need to be serviced. -Room service menu was expensive.

Ambience, Location & Food were very good. Ms Sheetal Singh, GM. Very kind, Sweet in Nature. She addressed the some issue with maturity and her expertise showed up with resolving issue. Appreciate her gesture and way of treating guests.

No Helping hands at Entrance. If you have multiple bags. It becomes challenge and annoying to drag all till reception.

Hotel is well located off a busy road. Away from noise, yet close to eateries / commuting amenities etc. Room (small) & bathroom is clean & pleasant. Nice filling breakfast with reasonable number of options.

In house restaurant is small & feels crowded (especially during breakfast hours). Some tables (in the restaurant) are low & inconvenient.

We had a very good stay at Ginger - Andheri. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Security was very good - bags were scanned every time one enters the hotel from outside. Room had everything one can ask for. Breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. There is enough space around the hotel for a morning walk. A well equipped Gym is also there.

Well there is almost nothing - may be the paver blocks on the ground around the hotel especially backside can be maintained better.

Only suggestion was that to change the timing for housekeeping . If the check-in is at 2 pm ,having the room cleaning done immediately after that is senseless . We asked for the cleaning to be done the next morning and the housekeeping staff confirmed it will be done However the next morning ,we were informed that housekeeping staff is only available post 2 pm that was a let down We were also not informed about breakfast buffet timings or its inclusion in our stay ,hence we ended up missing the breakfast and had to pay for it instead

The location was very convenient, the hotel premises are big enough too. The room itself was pretty good I had no complaints as such. They even let me keep my bags there securely after checkout till I got back which was a big help.

I had to carry the baggage by myself and I had the top of the line room so I’d expect that to be taken care of at the very least. Also think the buffet could’ve been more expansive.
