We got some refreshing welcome drinks at check in. The staff were kind enough to let us check in very early as we had just arrived by overnight bus. The breakfast was delicious and had good variety. The room itself was clean and well maintained. The shower had hot water which was much appreciated. We had an early 4am start the next day and the staff were able to organise an airport drop off for us. The location being 15-20mins to the airport was perfect for us. To travel to gateway of India takes about an hour with uber but they are frequent and efficient in the area.

At the breakfast there were fruit flies around the food and the staff were chasing them with an electric fly zapper which somewhat disturbed the ambience! Also staff a little too overbearing at breakfast, checking in with us continuously and not allowing us to enjoy.

This is a great property. Don't let the location fool you as it is right next to one of the busiest arteries in the city. My room was facing the road but I could barely hear any of the traffic. Everything was great right from my arrival. The check in clerk was extremely friendly and professional. As someone who worked in the industry for almost 10 years, I tend to be a little bit more critical than the average person about service standards. The room was very nice, with excellent air conditioning. Further it was clean, spacious and bright once the curtains were opened. The staff was attentive and excellent response time. The breakfast was fresh, with omlettes made to order and food was fresh, I wanted a cup of tea before breakfast and asked if I could take a cup to my room. The staff said that they would deliver it and did. It was a step beyond normal service which I did appreciate.

Everything was excellent, location is superb, near by many food options on walkable distance. Breakfast spread is limited but everything was tasty. Even we had lunch and dinner and found food is tasty. Food prices are moderate. Very helpful staff specially Mr. Osama from reception and Mr. Stephen. Quite and comfortable stay. Thanks for complimentary airport drop.

Can improve in room service section, need professionalism. Also room service, do not disturb switches need maintenance as they were non functional.

It is a small hotel with many events. Ground Floor always a lot of ppl. The breakfast is with limited choice but pretty delicious. And I had many kinds of beans (Feel very healthy) Internet is fast. Not using bottle water, It is environmental friendly. location is good and convenient. Walking distance to Metro (All got traffic light although it is still a mess)

Room is very humid when it rains, also it is pretty small for 2 people.

Incredibly friendly staff, they allowed me to check in early and when they found out I would be leaving before breakfast time on my final morning they allowed me to have breakfast on check in. Rooms are comfortable enough, if not a little compact. Cleaned every day. Free water, tea and coffee in the room. Close to the airport, I had time so actually walked on arrival (it's about 3km) but only a short taxi ride too.

Location is quite far from anything worth seeing (Gateway of India and other stuff), but walking distance from a couple of Metro stations and the Andheri railway station.

The staff seemed to be upgrading themselves nicely. I was impressed this time after having stayed here about 6 months ago and a year ago as well. Keep going.

Just a small advice to take care of small details like the bed linen which at times can have little marks and stains. Just so the perception of cleanliness is maintained. When I saw the team quickly changed the sheets so that service is fine.

The location was convenient for the airport and metro lines. The check-in and checkout processes were smooth and professional. The breakfast provided included a wide range of quality food. The service from all levels of staff was professional and courteous. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area had an assortment of shops to gather provisions. The rooms were quiet considering the volume of traffic.

There was nothing that I could really view as a relevant negative.

Near to the airport. Comfortable and clean. Large rooms. Good food in the restaurant. Good breakfast in the morning. Cheap and cheerful. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Location right next to the express way. Nothing walking distance near-by but Rickshaws are around everywhere to take you around. A bit dated in decor and facilities. Need to ask for hand towels everyday. Shower needs to be separated from the toilet area by a simple floor divider ie. a single brick divider ledge as the water gets everywhere when you shower. AC making gurgling noise.

Excellent location. Available public and private transportation. Excellent breakfast buffet in the morning with godd choice of items. In site restaurant for lunch and dinner with good items. Very attentive staff. Good air conditioning and lights in the room. Daily housekeeping cleaning.

Shower can be separated from the toilet bowl with a small divider on the floor. The toilet paper roll can get wet while showering (not a problem for me as I anticipated it and was careful to remove it before showering and then putting it back ).

The location was very close to the Airport and pretty easy to get transportation to move around the city. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was courteous and responsive.

Cleaning service was done much later in the day closer to the evening rather than the day. Room service menu was pretty limited.
