The location is excellent and one can walk to Dadar station or Dadar circle in a few minutes. Plenty of shopping to choose from on Dadar circle - food, clothes, footwear, snacks, pharmacies, bottled water, etc. Also, there are plenty of places to eat a very short walk from hotel, as were pharmacies and provision stores. Easy availability of Uber as the location is very central. The hotel rooms had been refurbished during our stay and the rooms were very clean, neat and up to the standard expected. The bathroom was good with the shower well placed with a shower curtain. The usual bath amenities were made available but if you had forgotten or needed a toothbrush or some toothpaste you could request the front office staff for it. The Air-conditioning was good and set just right. The staff and service were excellent. This covers all of them - the Front Desk staff, the Bellboy, the Room Service staff, the Security staff and even the housekeeping staff whom we ran into on a couple of days during our stay. The Hotel entrance area has recently been refurbished and there is now comfortable place for guests to sit while waiting for the front desk or for a taxi or an Uber.

The WiFi felt a bit limited as only 3 connections were allowed per room, which felt like a step backwards, where you have double occupancy or more. Although not included, breakfast is available as Room Service. However, the breakfast options were very limited and not as extensive as the breakfast options available on the room service menu provided in each room. Also, the key card for room entry needed to be re-validated around 4 times during our 5 day stay. Hence the 4 stars and not 5. But these were only minor inconveniences and we enjoyed our stay as the hotel was very clean and the staff most courteous and helpful. I would be happy to return for another stay.

Our stay at Bawa was very good. The bed pillows and linen where of good quality and exceptionally comfortable. The staff where friendly and very helpful The cleanliness was excellent 👍

The were carrying out refurbishment to the hotel restaurant which meant we had to have breakfast in our room Also we could not eat an evening meal in the restaurant I was not informed about this during booking or I possibly would have booked else as it was quite inconvenient

Everyone, and I mean everyone, in the staff does their best to help and they are also very friendly. Safety was amazing. While they were working on the building it did not disturb.

My only complain would be that I am 1.85 meters tall (6 feet) and the bed was kind of short. But because I was alone it was not really an issue. That's is. Maybe with time their breakfast menu will be a bit more complete like on their menu.

1. Room was clean, pillows were nice and fluffy, extra bedcovers were provided on asking 2. The staff had good behavior and were very helpful 3. Food was good 4. Originally 1 litre water bottle was given. After that you can pay for bottles or get RO water filled. 5. The doorman helped to hail cabs from the street

Room was small but manage-able. Only issue was lack of ventilation. Keeping the room door opened for a while helped.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room and the quality of in-room dining. The location is good and very quiet and about 10-15 minutes away from office locations, shopping mall and healthcare facilities. The staff were courteous and helpful

The hotel reception could be a little more roomy. The corridor in the ground floor could use carpeting and they could do with a coffee shop and restaurant but nothing too big

There were too many choices outside hence did not take the breakfast. But looking at the many good reviews about the breakfast at Bawa Residency, I would definitely book with breakfast next :-)

Nothing that I didn't like. I was warmly welcomed and pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Deluxe Room by the Reservation Officer. Very thankful and grateful.

I would like to mention 2 Points. (1) I think management should think of including breakfast with every booking including EP, what is customer's fault, he booked through some other site. That means he is playing a role on your behalf. (2) all items shown in Menu are actually not available to order. Rest everything was perfect. Staff was very nice, Food was delicious. Thankyou

The staff were very helpful. Particularly the way Mr Srinath treated was awesome. While checking out there were a number of people waiting. So he allowed me pay the reminder after I returned from my shopping. Very rare to see people take such ownership.

Two small bottles of water was not enough. You could add a larger bottle.

Wi-fi password was not given at the time of check in as claimed. On 18th evening, we asked and they gave the password immediately.
