1.Unique design , it looks like a bubble of tropical garden . The evening view is amazing … 2.The staffs are amazing and very cordial . They helped in every possible way like bringing a medicine for me at 1am to give an extension for some hours … 3.The location is perfect for business travellers located just a footstep of airport … communications like Ola Uber n their own car is there immediately. 4.Breakfast elaborate is pretty good and food was tasty as well . The service guys are prompt and helpful as well …. 5.The city view room is also differently designed with glass upto ceiling though in day time pretty sunny but the covers are good enough n remote controlled . 6. The amenities are perfect and cleanliness is good as well . 7.Last day at the lobby there was a pianoist ( I forgot his name ) he is very talented he plays for lobby and Mabruk both , he played my favourite numbers while I was at the lobby post check out .

1.There is just one portion of the circle having elevators the guests staying opposite side have to walk like half km to reach room this is pretty exhaustive . 2.The restaurant foods are though tasty but the price are extremely high as per the quantity. This is a thumbs down. 3.The remote control of curtains are very complicated sometimes u end up opening all the curtains both sides instead of closing . Make it little easier.

Being a 5 Star hotel I would expect some sort of uniformity of glassware and cutlery. I requested for 3 Whisky Glasses and I was provided with 3 of different size, shape and patterns. The least I expect is 3 uniform glasses. The shower cubicle doors are wrongly placed leading to all water from the doors dripping out into the main washroom area especially near the commode and basin. This needs to be looked at. The Cold and Hot labels on the shower mixer are wrongly placed. All these observations are from the many stays i have had and will be having in the future.

1.Location , ambience , the whole property is amazingly designed …. 2.The room has a beautiful view of the interior tropicals…. 3.The breakfast was elaborate and pretty tasty . 4.Amenities were adequate 5.Staffs are very cordial and welcoming , helpful each time ….

1.Mood lighting not working with a very complicated lighting system … had to use multiple buttons to switch on n off lights ……. 2.AC was not that stronger . 3.The food price is too high as per the quantity . 4.The washroom curtain didn’t work which is utter embarrassing for a double occupancy .

well we’re in Venus sky room it’s glass roof and well made after making I don’t think so they have clean those glasses at all it’s with pigeon poop there’s remote to open the roof curtains no one has come to explain we just found out and made our way second day staff don’t care about tea and coffee washroom omg after shower water all over the floor Pot was wobbling lights switches are just confusing if staff come while chkin that’s would be easier in dining we ask for Thai food it’s way salter(they made twice but failed) then ocean they serve with basmati rice pesto pasta was duller without garlic Mr Sahara u really need help now your stander getting lower then expectation last while chk out guards are waiting for tips and ask for it oh gosh

The very friendly staff , the lobby area and surrounding, the structure of the hotel inside. Doesn’t feel it’s over 2 decades built ( the front desk staff Wasim and Avinash is great and friendly)

The surrounding area is not walkable friendly or shopping centers , also the price for a tea at the restaurant is unbelievable and the tea was not good vs normal chai shop outside

The HUGE central circular covered courtyard with all its restaurants, pools, and gardens is always a feast for the eyes. I never get tired of seeing it though I've stayed at this hotel dozens of times.

Minor glitch - the remote control of the panoramic curved glass ceiling which is the unique feature of the Venus rooms, wouldn't work consistently. I'm not complaining, but it needs to be looked into.

Mercury rooms were good. Staff is professional and detailed. They even returned one of our AirPods left during our room change.

Venus rooms, which were our original choice and booked for, are terrible. they don’t have good air conditioning or blackout systems. This made it an extremely hard morning after 20 hour jet lag flight.

Balcony

All the staff waiting and almost forcing you for tips at checkout time. They all stand outside while your waiting for your car or cab and the moment you get in your car you'll see 6/8 guys at the car looking at you and also have the guts to ask for good luck (thats how they call tips here in India). I'm not talking about the bellboy or concierge or the guy who brings your car. Just staff you never saw before. They know the checkout time and just wait at the entrance where you get your car or cab. It's so embarrassing. Every time I stayed at the property I experienced it.. just embarrassing.

The location was simply excellent it was only 600 meters from the wedding house. it was first time at Sahara Star for my wife and daughter they absolutely loved the hotel the lagoon and the property. and will definitely revisit with them.

A lot of areas were closed due to the pandemic but its all understandable. the hotel desperately needs 2 set of elevators evenly spaced between the circle otherwise its hell of a long walk from the room to the elevator if you are not near it. Especially if you are staying from 25 to 75 on any floors.

Everything about this hotel checks the boxes. Cleanliness, good rooms, very comfortable. Beautiful view of the center. The food and drinks are amazing. Staff are helpful. This will be my only hotel for Mumbai from now on.

It's not the hotels fault but India as a whole. When you see something on the menu you expect to pay that. But for some reason they have done what America does adding tax after.
