Staff were excellent. We had a special medical request and they dealt with it professionally and with a smile on their face. While we booked only a few days with Booking.com, we extended our stay with another booking from another site. Overall, we stayed for 9 days. We shifted rooms too. While the second room for the longer stay was smaller, it was cleaner and very comfortable. The housekeeping/cleaning staff does a good job. Free unlimited bottles of water is excellent.

Restaurant can get expensive and if you order anything from the 'special menu', you miss out on the hotel guest discount on the entire bill. That's wrong and should be corrected. We dined there more than 8-10 times. Rooms are showing their age. But they're kept clean. Had a problem with Wifi on the first couple of nights that took some time to sort.

Really welcoming personel. Good breakfast buffet with toast, cornflakes, fruit juice, small shots of yoghurt, fresh fruits. Just ask the personel for complementary breakfast like mango-lassi, scrambled eggs, cappuccino etc and they will get it for you! 😀 Pleasant public areas, and the possibility to borrow a book from their public bookshelf, to return on the next stay there. 👍 Extra info about the location: It's walking distance to the airport Terminal 1 (domestic), but Air india and Indigo operates from Terminal 2 for all their flights. 🙁 It's walking distance (aprox 15 min) to the nearest railroad station Ville parle, where you can go with cheap public trains south to ie Dadar or Churchgate with walking distance to ie. Gate of India. The car traffic is slow and often a lot of traffic jams, so trains and walk is really cheap and sometimes faster than taxi.

A faint smell of some kind when you entered my room, tired impression of the room interior, bathroom in particular. (It sounded like they were renovating some other rooms, so hopefully mine is the next on the list! 😉)

Room was clean and comfortable, perfect location if just coming in from the airport or leaving the next day. Showers were huge and bed was comfortable. Surprisingly quiet given how close it was to the airport, maybe 10-15 mins in an uber/taxi to departure gates.

Price was a bit much, but given it was so close to the airport and demand would be high for this hotel it makes sense. Prices for food were also a bit much given how cheap food is in Mumbai, but again, it is a great hotel and the food was delicious, so it was worth it.

Staff on reception were very nice and helpful the room was very clean and comfortable bed the food in the restaurant was really nice Joseph the restaurant manager was very pleasant polite and professional and friendly overall a really nice stay l would highly recommend this hotel to others l stayed in room 510 .

I have stayed multiple times in this property and I really like this property. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. the smart feature of lights coming on and off really makes sense in today’s day and age. Really like the small quirks they have in terms or designs, frames, quotes etc. making you take a glimpse at the old bollywood films, scenes dialogues and old great print ads are to really keep your eyes for. Overall I would recommend this.

It’s a no smoking hotel and they could have incorporated some additional ventilation as sometimes it does feels a little claustrophobic.

Staff very friendly and welcoming and allowed (for a fee) an early check-in after my red-eye flight. They also had a guy come and put a sim card in my phone, which was awesome. Super cute vintage posters of Bollywood as decor. Room is clean. I would probably stay here in Mumbai again.

All Mumbai is swamped with traffic and the road outside the hotel, let alone the highway, is no exception; street dogs and sketchy tuktuk drivers pester you as you go and come. But I felt very safe at T-24 retro. It was a bit expensive for India, but all Mumbai is.

Loved the feel of the place - especially the retro part of it - all the posters and wall hangings add to the character of the hotel The staff was really good - especially Hitesh, Deepak and Prasad. Always smiling and eager to help.

It could have been cleaner and general service could have been more efficient. for example - when i called for luggage to be brought down while checking out - nobody showed up

Hot water was available the whole time. The room was clean and had ample space to walk around freely. It had a cute desk to work and the room was retro themed.

Sadly had to wait half hour more to get a room ready for us as we needed a double bed. We were not allowed to order food from outside, so we had lunch at their hotel which charged us 103 rupees for a 600 ml bottle of coke (which costs 40 outside) The bed had a creaking sound and wasn't comfortable for me.

Amazing stay again...we were upgraded for free..was nice and cosy...staff is very nice...took care of all our needs..very nice in house restaurant to order food...we ordered food in our room which was excellent...best hotel to stay in this price range..great person named Kaif at reception... highly recommend this place

a bit of an issue with one of the washrooms which was stinking maybe due to bad ventilation

Would have liked a few more Tea bags in my room 😊 but everything else was good.
