The size of the hotel, the great leisure facilities pool etc, the fantastic views across Powai Lake. Exceptional restaurant staff who went out of their way, both breakfast and evening meal, to make sure my needs were met. I would definitely stay here again. The size of the room, and it’s comfort ensured I had serene undisturbed sleep during my stay.

The two things I think could be improved from my personal point of view, especially bearing in mind the size of the hotel: More comfortable and greater lobby seating. It’s a busy hotel, but stone benches don’t do it for me. After a day out I like to chill for a while in a comfortable lobby space to unwind. This hotel does not have this. Secondly I found the arrangements for pre-dining drinks poor. One bar, plus a few bar stools. Whilst there are other tables nearby, they are all made up for restaurant dining, so not conducive to a needed chill & relax before dinner. A proper bar is required.

Location was great - overlooking Powai lake. Close enough to Airoli for work - a taxi takes about 20-30 mins in an uber to Airoli and was a similar time to the airport (30-40 mins). The breakfast was very good, with lot's of choices - both traditional Indian as well as European options. Similarly, dinner options were great - we dined in Lake View Cafe for most of our stay. I had stayed at the hotel previously when it was the Renaissance and pleased to say a lot of the hotel is the same as before (which was excellent). The gym is good and has a decent amount of equipment - including treadmills, weights, machines etc. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, we also found it very easy to get an Uber if you have to go into the city. The room itself was very comfortable, and I had a view overlooking Powai lake which was very nice. There is a pool area which is great for cooling off in the Mumbai sun, however it would be great if you could order drinks at the pool instead of going inside to the Cafe - this is a minor point. Overall, a very comfortable stay and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Sometimes staff were either too busy to deal with requests or forgot - we had a few occasions where we requested something but then it never arrived. I know the staff were busy, and it was often resolved once we prompted them. Unfortunately the Italian restaurant (Fratelli Fresh) has now closed and this was currently under construction, the Asian restaurant was nice but is quite expensive. It would be good to have a few more dining options within the hotel - although the Lake View Cafe was very nice.

Swimming pool could have been properly managed showers not working Food is exorbitantly costly but no ala carte option at lake View only buffet The staff at lunch hour were not attending everybody we were not attended .N spoons on table we had to ask multiple times Room facilities tour would help the customer to orient themselves with facilities in room Room service was casually attended and staff forgot to pass on the order and had to remind again Food was good though Over all the staff at each point aren't engaged and involved with their work and disconneded and sophisticatedly discompassionate 5 star demands ex excellence but still the services are far away from excellence

Newly renovated, staff are warm and friendly esp the bell men who assisted us when we checked in, the cleaners and the delivery people for food including the waiters, waitresses and chefs in Lake Cafe restaurant. Keep it up.

1) Check in, they blocked reserved an amount more than the room rate although I mentioned I will pay any extras by cash during my stay… My room card had to be replaced three times since it didn’t work well in the lift & the room, so i had to go to reception every time to get another card.. tiring esp when you just landed from an evening flight and needed a rest.. 2) The pool needs an upgrade as it seems outdated + the water was bit murky and does not look clean. The small pool was not maintained also, very dirty.

The staff are extraordinary, friendly, very respectful, cooperative and wonderful to work with and in assistance

The décor is too gaudy, loud and flashy especially approach to Elevators to rooms. The path is a bit too long and a sudden step to the restaurant with bright led lighting caused me to fall flat and luckily without serious injury. Though I hold American passport for over 20 years now, I am Indian at heart and did not want to pursue legal option which I would without hesitation in the US. The response of the staff was heart warming, helpful. Every one of them

We loved the overall experience at the hotel. I would like to thank the staffs for decorating the room with balloons and cake for my daughter's birthday and making her feel extra special. Special thanks to the chef of Lake View cafe for a nice surprise at the end of our stay with a "see you soon" cake. Each and every staff member was extremely courteous.The weekend activities organised at the hotel were also fun.

Customer Service was exceptional from the reception desk to cleaning staff were all so much engaging and respectful loved every bit of the stay. Food was wonderful with a very large breakfast spread especially Sushil from the restaurant looked after us very very well. Thank you Sushil and Thank you Westin Powai.

Flies on the sweets, we understand the weather did not help but with such a wonderful place expectations are high and this Hygiene should be considered as one of the most important.

I mean what to say.. first of all its gods gifted place. The nature. Next the style the way hotel is build, the staff, and food is healthconcious. Its big so needs us to be on heels but nice. Mr Arora, Mr Arpit, Ms Deepa , And frankly the housekeeping all nice staff . The location and view in mumbai whr to get like this except juhu. So 👍🏻👍🏻. Dad got wheel chair assistance. The quality of food served both in-room as well as the Lake Side Cafe has improved by several degrees than what I remember in March 2023. Just loved the variety in the buffet and also the authenticity and service by the staff in there. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The entry road to the hotel is a bit choatic. Seems like work that never seems to end.
