The bed and the bathroom are very clean. The rooms are hot, but have airco.

The hotel is not located at terminal 3 of the airport, as suggested on the map of booking.com. If you google the adress, you can see that it is located several kilometers further. This is misleading. In our case, we booked the hotel in order to catch an early morning flight so conveniently as possible. It is possible to book a taxi through the hotel, for which they charge commission. By principle, I have a problem with paying commission for a service that is required due to misinformation.

It is a quite place. No unnecessary disturbance. Clean. Safe place. Friendly staff. Location is good. Nearby airport. Outside food allowed. Room cleaning service comes the alternate days.

Lift doesn't work as on 29th October, 2022. Food is not upto the mark and quite expensive. The bathroom lights went out on our 3rd day stay. No water boiler as shown in the pictures. Room is very congested. Expected a bigger room as per the price. The pillows are so uncomfortable. Rice was served cold. Food service is quite slow.

I have rated this property in a realistic way ie you get what you pay for. Actually the hotel gives you far then the price suggests. We a paid £18 If you want top level service, nice area, big room etc then this is not for you. However for the price you pay it offers a spacious, clean room and helpful staff within 15 mins taxi ride from the airport. It was perfect for a post flight overnight stay when literally all you want is a comfortable bed.

Shower water was adequate but a little slow and sparse.

The staff said at the time of booking that the hot water supply for shower is all the time but it was not. I had to request for hot water in the morning and waited 30 min to shower. That is wrong and it should not be like that. All others, plz think before booking.

The hotel room was clean and tidy, the receptionist Mr. Rahul was very cooperative, attentive and very friendly. Whenever I called for anything it was immediately done. Also there is airport taxi services which was great as I had a connecting flight in the early morning hours. The food was tasty too.

The costing of food and water is a bit overpriced. If I am spending the amount I need to get the quantity of food or the size to be worth it.

Hotel seems new and clean

The receptionist's attitude was questionable. He tried to cheat by marking up the hotel tax to 1700rupees when it was only 600. He then gave excuses for not returning my change, saying that he will return the next day. All part of a scam. I insisted and got the money back. Beware!

1. it says 0km to airport but actually it's 7+kms far from hotel. 2. Car access to the hotel is not good. 3. No view from the room, whole day we need to switch on the lights. 4. towels were not clean. 5. hair dryer not working. 6. They said room dining takes 30 minutes but it took 1:30 hours. 7. Chicken Tikka was bad, made with chicken breast which was chewy and stiffness. 8. veg manchow soup was full of vegetables, there was no soup in it. 9. hand written bill with no service charge added but they takes the 10% service charge on the GST too. 10. they have burger picture on the menu but no burger to order, my child got disappointed.

Distance is not accurate in booking .com ...it's arround 6 km from international airport

The hotel is very close to Delhi airport terminal 3, about 8 km from the airport. And it takes 10-15 minutes by car to reach the airport. In my case, I checked out really early at 5am. The taxi was arranged by the hotel that dropped me at the airport. Overall it is a good experience. The room and its condition is good considering the price.

It was cold inside the room with no room heater.

If you're coming to India for the first time, this hotel would look & fel like a 6, but if you're on your way out after experiencing a bunch of different stays in India, this is a 8-9 especially considering the price & the smooth process (communication, airport pick up & drop off, room.servive when you're very tired and not in the mood of finding a restaurant to eat etc.). The room was cleaner than what I experienced so far in India, the bed very comfortable, AC & very good wifi, nice food & staff ... perfect for one night stay in between flights.
