A first tier international hotel. Exceptional service by the hotel staff from the front desk to wait staff at the K3 restaurant to security personnel. Wide range of buffet items for breakfast and dinner. Had a room that was spacious and well appointed. Aesthetically pleasing building structure exuding elegance, and well designed common spaces. Highly recommended.

Nothing much to not like from this excellent proerty, except perhaps that the lighting may be a little dim in some parts of the room and also the K3 restaurant. More seafood options for the dinner buffet would be welcome as well.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott in India and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is a great place to stay with excellent ambience. The best part is that it is very close to the airport, which made my travel plans much easier. The buffet at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The customer service at the Marriott in India was top-notch, much better than what I have experienced at Marriott hotels in the US. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in India and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I was in India to rescue a dog named Snow. Your staff where so warming and loving towards myself and more important Snow. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is one of the nicest Marrriott Hotels I have stayed in. My friends and I had 6 weeks travelling India and decided to stay here on our last night. It was certainly more expensive than what we were used, but it was certainly worth the money. From the time we arrived, everyone was so welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable and the food and especially the breakfast was amazing. All of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next India trip.

Nothing. It was perfect

Everything was exceptional starting from the airport transfer the moment we arrived, until our departure. The attentiveness and responsiveness of the staff must really be commended. The room was generously sized and comfortable - we could rest well after our long flight. The breakfast was superb. The restaurant went out of it's way to prepare baby food for our daughter, and even cleaned the feeding bottles and utensils of our baby, which we really appreciate.

Nothing in particular. Just that the bathroom could do with a few more options to hang towels and clothes.

I have stayed only one night and haven't tried the breakfast, so my experience is limited. The hotel is nice and the Aerocity complex was really impressive, although one has to rent a car/driver to navigate to the city. The room was large and comfy, and I was very satisfied with the room service: dinner was delivered quickly despite the time (around midnight) and the overall quality was high.

The check-in procedures are excessively long: it took easily 15 minutes to complete, and we needed to exchange money to pay our fare from the airport. Also, the currency rate was ridicously low.

My room and the hotel itself were very clean with amazing amenities. The food was exceptional with every taste catered for. Sound proofing was beyond good!!

I was charged to be taken to the airport, despite my booking saying I had a free airport shuttle and asking specifically was this a service they offered. I paid for the banquet dinner on arrival and then was asked to pay for it again. When it was discovered I had already paid, no apology was offered.

It was really awesome time I spend it. The rooms are spacious and hotel has quite fast check in and check out. The food quality is unmatchable by any restaurants in India. The taste of food would be loved either you take on buffet or dine-in in your room. People from reception to restaurants are very helpful. I would always recommended to book again or anyone who wants to enjoy food and hospitality at top notch.

After getting bit disappointed by reception staff behaviour on the other hand we got such a lovely hospitality at JW Marriott K3 restaurant. Here,we would like to say special thanks to K3 restaurant’s staff member Mr.Anuj and his team for making our day by showing top hospitality at the time of dinner on 14Aug and breakfast on busiest morning of 15Aug. Mr. Anuj was looking after each and every guest in such an enthusiastic way we felt so special,he took proper care of everything both days at the busiest time of dinner and breakfast. Food and hospitality at K3 restaurant and staff was brilliant. Thanks to JW Marriott’s Mr. Anuj at K3 restaurant for bringing smile on our faces with his top hospitality.

We had two days stay at JW Marriott aerocity. Room was decent twin deluxe room. We felt disappointed by front desk reception staff. The front desk reception staff lacked basic etiquette. It’s not one time but it happened both at time of check in and check out procedure. The reception staff don’t have etiquette how to greet their guests,staff at reception more busy in chatting to each other. In our opinion the whole front desk reception staff need some more training how to greet their guests in a proper manner.

Location near the airport, nice design, big queen beds, spacious bathroom. Airport transfers efficient in good cars with WiFi.

Dark room and bathroom, faulty bedside plug. Third bed was not already in the room when we arrived at midnight, although housekeeping showed up a few minutes after we reached the room. Also suitcases took a while to come up to the room. For some reason I had to give my payment details again before arrival, due to a problem with the card. As I was travelling, I was concerned that they would cancel the booking by the time I could communicate.
