Hotel located in aerocity, along other big chain hotels. It is one of the more affordable ones but definitely meets the expectations, wit lh clean rooms and friendly staff. We had booked it without breakfast due to an early start every day, but the receptionist was really kind to add it as complimentary (although unfortunately we didn't get to try it!). Aerocity is about 15-20min drive form the airport, and has quite a few restaurants that ate walking distance from the hotel(s).

The room was a bit smaller than we expected, although still decent size. The only awkward thing is that the staff takes all of your luggage and handbags to a separate room as you enter to screen them. Although of course don't mind the screening, it was bizarre that we were not present for it.

Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is supportive and welcoming all the time. Stay is comfortable.

1) Food - quality needs improvement 2) Lifts - need to change the card reader machine at lift many times it's not working properly or get late signal 3) Rooms are not sound proof people who are coming to room lobby area , children playing and shouting you can hear every thing loud and clear big disappointment when you wanted to sleep peaceful and random noises comes along !!!

Staff were welcoming & friendly. They were professional. The breakfast was great & a wide range of items to choose from. Vijay Kumar, the food and bev manager on duty came to my table to if check all was OK which I found very caring. Generally the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and full of smiles, regardless of the department. Right from the security, to the reception to the food and beverage.. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was clean & all the amenities worked well. Perfect to get a good night's rest before a long flight the next day. Hotel is generally a good one.

As much as the hotel was great, I found it a bit too pricey. You can get similar experiences & quality accommodation for propaply about 20% less in most parts of the world. But I don't know how India works and what the market prices are there.

The staff really helped us get warmed up to the place. As it happened our stay was longer than we anticipated due to an emergency and they made us feel so welcome and at home. Mr. Manish and Mr. Vijay helped us with all our concerns and made sure we had everything we needed, day or night. Hot teas for colds, specific requirements for food, assistance with concerns, you name it. Everything they did for us exceeded the general services they give to guests and it felt truly personal. It's safe to say that whenever I visit any other area of India, I will be staying at a Lemon Tree establishment. Also, did you know they reserve a percentage of their work force for neurodivergent individuals ? This place, all in all, is money and time well spent!

It does its job for overnight stay for the connecting flight. Airport very nearby. 10mins by Ola or Uber cab, Available anytime of the night or day. Allowed early check in. Reception guys did a good job with checking in lot of guys at the same time. Very efficient. Breakfast was okish. Malls are just around with restaurants and food courts. Overall pleased. Yeah want a better experience J W Marriott adjacent for more money. Booking.com should not allow arbitrary hotel to be listed in their website. Learned it in Hyderabad. Lot of fake reviews. Stay in aerocity.

Nothing important.

I travelled alone for a night while transiting through Delhi. I also arrived at 2am. I was worried about this place would actually look in person vs in photos but I was honestly surprised - it exceeded my expectations. My room was very clean, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the manager provided me with a complementary breakfast as I had arrived so late. I also forgot something there and contacted the property - they have kept it aside in the lost and found for me to pick up in a few weeks. Everything in the aeroport city is quite expensive. Booking.com had a deal on this hotel and it was totally worth it!

We were travelling from the UK and needed a short break before our next destination to Nepal for some rest.Perfect location for a short stay if you are.Delhi airport. The mall is across the road with plenty of amenities. The staff were polite and friendly. Comfortable beds for a good night sleep. We were looked after very well from reception at check in , restaurant staff, porters and the driver Pavan who kindly dropped us off at the airport. Special mention and thank you to Mr Vijay Kumar for his personal attention and taking time to speak to us to get the feedback. We were recommended by one of our friends and we would not hesitate to recommend others. We have stayed in a few other hotels in Aerocity and they are more or less similar. However the staff here are far more friendly making us feel special. Looking forward to staying again when we are back in Delhi.

Very kind staff, nice and clean, I highly recommend if you have a layover in Delhi to come here rather than going into the city and risking being scammed by a fake hotel. I think this is the cheapest option in the aerocity but you still get good bang for your buck. Was lovely to have a gym too. I just caught the metro here, was super easy and felt fine as a solo female traveller.

I think some of the equipment in the gym could do with some attention.

This hotel is around 10 mins drive away from airport and is next to shopping mall; the breakfast spread is mainly Indian food but there are many varieties; I enjoy the strong water pressure from the shower; I was offered free dinner daily which I'm grateful

There is no tissue provided in the room and I prefer to have removable shower head instead of fixed shower head; the bed isn't too comfortable; I'm not sure if the bottled water provided is refillable because of its glass bottle, I'm wary of the water provided
