This is a hotel where I will definitely stay again and again when I come to Delhi. I had read all the positive reviews on booking.com, but the reality exceeded all my expectations. Everything is very clean, the staff is absolutely friendly and helpful, the breakfast couldn't be better, the shower works perfectly, also all sockets are in best condition. When I was in the room, I really didn't hear any of the noise that is so typical for Delhi. I only heard the birds singing and felt like I was in a resort somewhere in the jungle. For this price, you get absolutely high quality and a very high standard here. There is nothing they could do better.

When you are in such a beautiful place, the only thing that could happen is that you forget that you are still in Delhi. ;-)

I cannot thank Ashwani and the team enough for their hospitality during my stay. The room was large, very clean and comfortable bed however the service truly was above and beyond any other place I have stayed, EVER! I was so sad to leave but will definitely come back every time I am in Delhi. I am in Delhi at a time with extremely bad air pollution and just mentioned it in passing but returned later to my room and Ashwani had an electrician putting in a plug so I could have an air purifier and a heater. It was completely unexpected however I was so grateful! He also let me borrow his metro card to load with money to catch the metro. Unfortunately I could not extend my stay as the property is very popular so he organised me to stay at his mum’s B&B. I am so incredibly grateful for all of his assistance and recommendations. The area is wonderful, gated community, everything you need is within a couple of minutes walk including getting a SIM card and zero harassments when walking around. The area was dead quiet at night and not noisy during the day, and I felt so safe, even at night and it is very close to the metro (which is so easy to use). Everyone, do yourself a favour and stay here as you will not regret it. I cannot wait to return.

There is nothing I did not like.

I recently stayed at this wonderful B&B in New Delhi, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The owner, Ashwani, is truly one of the kindest people I've ever met. His hospitality and willingness to help were beyond anything I expected. He made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable, going out of his way to assist with local tips and recommendations. The B&B itself is in a great location, making it easy to explore the city. Clean, cozy, and well-appointed, it felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent service with a welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot! Thank you, Ashwani, for an unforgettable experience!

Plcaed looked great, was spacious and clean, breakfast was delicious. All the staff and management were verry attentious, I was able to do a very late check out, they also arranged an airport pick up. They were always available to help. The breakfast was nice. I felt safe, the water was hot and the room, great. I'd recommend! Great stay in Delhi.

Quick responses to requests and good assistance provided to organize transport and late night arrival. The facilities are not new but they are clean and the bed is very comfortable. Good shower with sufficient hot water supply. Very quiet. Safe. The lighting in the room & bathroom had many options and was bright. Copious breakfast. Complementary water, tea, coffee. Helpful staff and owner, happy to provide information and support. Super close to Saket metro making it easy to reach everywhere. I would go back and recommend. Thank you to the team for a nice stay.

Staying here was an amazing, rejuvenating, restful experience. The owner & staff were so helpful, considerate and a joy to be around; they helped us set up sim cards, helped with transport, and medical help when my daighter needed it. Eating their was a delight with breakfast & dinner a veritable feast and cheaper than any restaurant around. We would highly recommend the Tree of Life to any and all travellers. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning someday.

That we weren't able to stay longer or take the staff home with us

The property is conveniently located in a sheltered estate in the south of Delhi with access through a number of manned security gates. It is a short walk to the the excellent metro system (Saket gate 3 entrance). Also a short walk to the PVR centre (cinema, shops and eating places). The host, Ashwani, is around every day or can be contacted by phone or WhatsApp. He provided us with some useful tips on things to see in Delhi. In his absence there are other English speaking staff on site. Breakfast is provided in the first floor dining room. A reasonably priced freshly-cooker dinner (INR600; veg or non-veg) can also be prepared with two hours notice. On our first night we did not have the best sleep due to noise in our front-facing room. On mentioning this to staff, Ashwani contacted us and offered to change to a rear facing room; where we slept well for the rest of our stay.

A very good place to stay and eat. The bedroom was of a decent size with plenty of hot water. In a quiet and safe area. Excellent breakfast and the dinners are well worth booking. Friendly and helpful staff and the owner is very knowledgeable about places to visit and cafes/restaurants. Metro station within easy walking distance offering access to central Delhi. Airport pick-up went smoothly.

The only downside is being under the flight path for the airport but earplugs help with that.

The staff were excellent. It has a lift. The dinner was exceptional, breakfast fine. Very clean, good beds, plenty of hot water, nice lounge area with tea making facilities. The air conditioning was not able to be used but is was cool enough with just the fan.

The furniture was in need of renovation and there should be 2 pillows on each bed. It was more expensive than other 2 to 3 star hotels we stayed at, probably because it was owner run with only a small number of rooms.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! The food was great and they will even make you dinner and arrange rides for you for extra fees. The hotel is within walking distance of Saket metro which is very helpful. The A/C worked great (very important in June) and the area is very quiet which I prefer. The bathroom was very nice and the internet was excellent!

There was nothing I didn't like. The mattress was a little hard, but that is a preference of mine. Everything was clean and it was very easy to get assistance or get questions answered.
