The staff, the service and the quality of the rooms. Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service! I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, GST Road, Chennai from 21st August to 6th September for business travel and had an incredible experience. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with excellent amenities, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. The housekeeping team, especially Alisha and Siva, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They paid attention to every detail, and their service was beyond excellent. In F&B, Dina and Himasha provided outstanding hospitality, taking the time to understand my habits and preferences and ensuring every meal was delightful. The food was consistently tasty and well-prepared throughout my stay. The hotel is located around 45 minutes to an hour away from Chennai's city center, but they arrange vehicles for any travel requirements, making it convenient. The staff truly care about making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommended

Nothing much to dislike. Would have liked some more variation in dinner buffet but I believe I felt that repetitiveness was due to my extended stay of 16 days.

The hotel room was nice and comfortable. All the staff members were polite and friendly. My family felt like they were in home. While dinning one of the staff member named Rita attended us she took care of my daughter really well. I would love to return back to this hotel for my next vaccation.

The breakfast was very good and the dinner buffet was excellent. The wi-fi quality was quite good. The staff was quite friendly and responsive. The gym, pool and game facilities were fair.

A few of the things were not working when I checked-in and had to be fixed - the TV set top box wasn't working, the iron table was broken. The bathroom could've been a bit more clean as there were some stains on the floor. The water heating was also not consistent (it was hot and cold with no control)

This hotel is located outside Chennai and there are naturally many other hotels in central Chennai that would get much higher rating and I would select if my purpose was to stay in center of Chennai. On the other hand if your meetings are in the area of Welcome Hotel then this is avery good hotel to stay at.

The breakfast was good. However, they could vary the menu more often for variety. But overall, it was good. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

the Location.

The bed and pillows in room were delightful, the roof bar was good. the location was good and easy access for the visits planned.

The food was OK, I would have like bottled water in the room and whilst not an issue of the hotel the road outside is dangerous and there are no pavements for safe access to the town.

Service was excellent. Stay ws very comfortable.

Buffet breakfast could have been better. Few items were not very tasty. Service of live counters like dosa, eggs were not upto the mark

well maintained. neat and clean. they upgraded my room which was a delight. thank you.

due to admission rush to nearby college, there was crowd during break fast. staffers could have handled better as this must be happening every year around admission time. apart from it rest is excellent

Staff were great, room was very comfortable.

Some kit in the gym could have been better, more variety for breakfast.

All the staffs are very friendly,polite and helpful. Thanks to housekeeper Sangita and Pooja keep our room very clean and tidy.
