Good clean hotel with lots of hot water. Excellent location in the heart of Varanasi down an alleyway but with lots of restaurants and street food. Hotel staff friendly and very helpful. A Tuk Tuk cannot drop you directly at the hotel but at top of the road and you walk for 200/300m, but it’s not far, it’s a pedestrian street.

Quite noisy with barking dogs and squealing monkeys but not the hotels fault. Good hotel in great location.

Neat and clean infrastructure, manager is good but one supervisor staff is very rude.he have not any concern with hotel reputation.

Hotel is good but bed sheets are not getting change when old customer is leaving room. They are using used bed sheet for new customer. If you insist then they will replace it with used bed sheet of other room.

The people there were extremely welcoming and extremely helpful arranging tours and taxis etc. Ayush even gave me his number to call if I got lost in the city which is very easy in Varanasi.

The behavior is all that matters and stays in the memory. The wowed away with that. Surely knows customer service and how to manage things addressing things timely. I had elderly with me and they took more care of the accessibility then me.

Even though that was not a major concern but yes the hotel room hot water supply was troubling us a bit but workable.

This hotel is located in one of the best hotspots of the city of Varanasi just 5 minutes walking to the most famous Ghat, the Dashashwamedh. Also there is a lot of shops nearby like souvenir shops, convenience stores and street food. Managers are always helpful for any enquiry and staff friendly and very helpful anytime. From the receptionis to the housekeepers, an 11 over 10.

The rooms are clean , the concierge is very professional , the position is just close to the Main Ghat .

My stay at the hotel (8 Nights) was pleasant Rooms are very clean,Beds were comfortable and hot water was available at all times.Very good internet connection. Friendly and polite staff. Special thanks to Mr.Satya.He was extremely helpful and made my stay hassle-free.

super high value of staying, I got a good rest after the long day walk,, very very clean and super nice water pressure, delicious food, super helpful and thoughtful staff and receptionist here,.help me to plan and organize the trip,,, very close to the Gangans river and the evening puja,, I was plan to stay only one night, then I stay six night at the total,, will stay again if I stay there again. ,

Very helpful staff. They proactively reached out on day of arrival and escorted us from the point of cab drop. Very good location - right next to ghaat and mandir. One of the few hotels which have a lift. Would heartily recommend.

Food can be better.

Good place to stay in Varanasi. Situated in quiet streets, very close to the ghats, room was fine. Good value for money.

Be aware that you cannot come here by car, but hotel has a pickup service so they can show you the way and help you with your bags.
