Great location....the room is clean and comfortable, good and variety breakfast

TV program is less for foreigner and have a expense.

Behaviour of all staffs were cordial and cooperative. All were fluent in both English & Hindi. Facilities were as expected. Food quality is good but have scope for upliftment. Location is outstanding. All amenities and amusements were present.

More attention may be given in housekeeping and cleaning. Towels need to be changed on daily basis. More planned arrangement may be done in dinning lobby. Quality of food can be made far better.

The Ocean view of the room was such breath taking away! Rooms are pretty ventilated and the staff is always the best!

May be the towels they used could be worn out. They can invest in new ones. The food needs a lot of attention as any one is allowed to come into the hotel to eat. the cleanliness of the guests is hard to handle. I have had a few people sneeze on the open foods over the counter and walk away. I wish that the foods are covered and maintain their health safety conditions. I would suggest to have chefs who are from the south as it has a lot of Orissa style food to a south indian dish.

Rooms are excellent with beach view and the breakfast is worthy, staff service is warm and friendly. Location is excellent. Highly recommend was buffet Highly secured and no need to worry about your stay

The only concern we with people are smoking near by Swimming pool which makes us discomfort Food is literally bad in Zaffran , don't go for it. Highly recommend was buffet

The ambience of the hotel is very nice and the facilities available are maintained not only with due expertise but almost religious sincerity. The food is par excellence and there is always some one by side To help you choose and get what ever item you would like to have. The omnipresence of the supervisory staff and behind all this the ever smiling and paternal but silent guidance of Mrs.Laxmi Shridhar was a very happy and fortunate experience for me. I am extremely happy to have chosen Novotel Varun for my stay in Vishakapatnam and hope many more like me would have such an amazing stay . I wish them best for all they do in future! Sincerely, I can't remember anything that I didn't like there.

I stayed here for one night and the hotel was really nice. I attended the wedding and the wedding hall(s) were nice. Staff is well trained and give you warm welcome and sendoff. Everyone has smiles on their face and treat you good. Rooms are very tidy and spacious and value for your money. Overall hotel, room, staff are exceptionally GREAT. I loved it.

However, you have to pay for airport shuttle, even though their website says it is included in the price. Also, breakfast counters do NOT open at 6:30am even though they say (they opened at 10 to 7am). Machine coffee was not available 24x7 and the reason mentioned was that they were out of milk. Overall, the menu and timings can be improved.

1. Fresh hot filter coffee during the breakfast. 2. Multiple options in breakfast - healthy versus tasty etc. 3. Swimming pool and the view of the ocean from the pool. 4. Restaurant.

Breakfast and dinner was awasome. Vegetarian options are more. Healthy food dishes are in the breakfast.Location was good. Room faced to sea was simply superb.

Booking .com shows Room with 2 double cots. Hence we have booked it for 3 adults and one kid aged 7 years. But the hotel people informed us that that type of rooms are not in the hotel. They alloted one queen bed room with extra cot. This was my second disspoinment with booking.com for last 2 months.pl. take care about these things in future.

Warm smiles all around was the first impression of the staff at the hotel. The check-in was smooth and hassle free. We tried the local cuisine and the taste was phenomenal incl the kids meal. Great service in the restaurants as well. The room was very comfy and well appointed.

The newly opened pan asian restaurant was a bit of a let down.

The room was neat and clean. The view was awesome. Breakfast was extraordinary. Restaurants, Cinemas, Fitness, Spa, Swimming pool... All were inhouse and well maintained.

The check-in was somewhat tiresome, as it took too long. Most of the staff couldn't understand or speak proper english. Almost everyone was too intent on communicating in hindi.
