room was so nice for us husband wife and family...love the bathtub...my son like the spacoius room...bfast for us is nice ...choices changes everyday so the food is not boring...love the foods you serve.....the location is super good.... nagoya hill mall just a small walking distance using the hotel back door.... food stall all scaters all around the hotel so for lunch and dinner just a walking distance.... easy to get grab taxi and all the other malls and visit places even fresh seafood is not far... nice hotel to stay..will book there if its not sold out...

sorry to say my room was at 1st floor.... have mosqiuto problem...my 5yrs old son got few bites from them... thats the only down side.....its not a big deal for us actually.

Rooms was big and spacious. Comfortable bed and pillows. I don'tike the comforter or blankets, looks shabby, could use a fluff or something. Looks flat and ordinary. Room feels humid and smells funky like an old building, but overall, it is very good and quiet.I like my room little kitchenette corner. Very convenient, and there's 2 electric stove.

The bathroom is old and the bathtub is high. There's a bug in my room that is hard to kill. Like a stink bug sort of.

The room was ok as we requested same level, #2 smoking room. We paid for 2days breakfast and the food was ok. Room services were good too👍🏼 Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall was near to the hotel. You just need to ask the customer service 😉 DC Mall was about 10mins away and it was a great shopping for us. The customer services were very helpful and friendly 🧡

My dad didnt sleep well because of the smoke smell. He didnt like the breakfast either. My son who was 10 and 1.45m, would love the indoor pool.

Check in was quite swift.breakfast buffet was great with alot of food varieties.ample of hotel facilities such as swimming pool, gym and there,s a pub too.the best thing about the hotel is the location as it,s a brisk 10 min slow walk to nagoya hill mall.there,s local eateries along the streets near the hotel such as ayam bakar.

Friendly and polite staffs.. Place is well maintained.. Aircon room is cold even though set at 26degs. Love that the place is rather quiet, the corridor area has sofa seats and coffee table, which is nice if your family is in a different room, and we can wait for them at the corridor area.. Breakfast is nice too, not crowded and very peaceful.. In-house spa is ok but could better.. But the price is affordable.

As the hotel is located next to main road, slightly noisy at night with oncoming vehicles (especially heavy vehicles and motorcycles).

The staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is humble and yet good. The location is nearby town and mind you the interior is classic. We really like the classic interior despite the modern minimalist. They also let us store our luggage and bag at reception area after check out.

Hard to see kiblah sign in room and no staff answers for call to request for Iron.

1. WIFI very poor this is the only thing the room was a dead spot but infairness they are very attentive to my complaint and really did their best to resolve the issue. 2. Gym-worn out equipments/pool-too small:table tennis spoil 3. Water was dirty when you open the faucet in the shower need time to make sure the water is already clear

The staff was very professional and act fast to guests need special mention to Mr DEDAN the front office Manager who informed me my room was upgraded. Also would like to thank the 3 Female staff who helped to check in and check who were excellent and professional Once again Tks very much

The hotel overall was nice and good value for money. The beds were comfy and big and staff were friendly. Location is near a market making getting food easy also.

This is an old hotel so the rooms need refurbishing as they are old. I found there was mould in the bathroom walls and some parts are broken or falling apart

The suite was good and spacious.. and clean too.. shopping centres were all very near.. great for family leisure..

The indoor pool should have kids pool as well than it will be more enjoyable for the kids.
