I had misplaced my traveling shoe bag containing a pair of green slippers and brown sandals, which I recently purchased from my recent travel to Pakistan. It has sentimental value, so when Neisya and Ocha confirmed to me that they were able to locate it, I was pleasantly surprised and truly pleased with their efforts and honesty to try and locate it for me. It certainly highlights their level of trust and reliability, which is highly commendable.

Not much I didn't like considering the price.

The staff is good. Despite the room showing signs of age, we are fortunate to have a robust air-conditioning system, a satisfying hot water shower, and no cigarette smell room on the 18th floor. Thank you! :)

The wallpaper and the door of the toilet show signs of wear, and there is a concern about potential injuries, particularly from the peeling part of the door. We unfortunately missed our included dinner, though we acknowledge it's not the hotel's fault. We would prefer having breakfast as an alternative option.

Good location within 5-10 minutes of most attractions in the city. Within 10 minutes walk to nearby convenience stores, restaurants and cafes. Room was in decent condition (comfort and cleanliness) and all the switches, lights, shower, etc was in working condition. Staff were all very polite and friendly.

Would be more convenient if 2 keycards were issued per room instead of only one keycard. Lift (elevator) was a little bit slow. But overall did not affect our stay.

Staff was great, from Concierge to Restaurant to Housekeeping. Everyone was nothing but helpful. Value for money, definitely but there’s no connecting rooms if you’re expecting such.

Location was quite “deep” tho’ easy 5 minutes walk to Thamrin City, 8 minutes to Jabal Mosque and good 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Hill Mall.

I liked the location , close proximity to Nagoya shopping mall ( walking distance) few cafés just five minutes waking distance , quiet hotel but central , staff very good !

I didn't expect such intense scent of cigarettes in a non smoking area

The hotel breakfast was extensive and the gym was commendable.

The toilet was kind of small, felt slightly claustrophobic.

For the price and room space,it is more than worth it. It met my basic expectations ,like Good wifi,safe to keep personal belongings.comfortable space.Everything is just perfect for me.

Not a big minus,it took a walking duration of 10 -15 mins to reach Nagoya mall..But it is fine..

Room and Bed are well maintained. Mainly the customer service and front desk officers are excellent and very humble.

Ground Floor pick up point/ drop point have to improve to give a better look. GF not equal to Level 3.

Spacious room, walking distance to nagoya mall and thamrin food market. Pillow and bed were very comfortable.

Toilet quite small but acceptable. Inconsistent water pressure.

cosy and simple, decently clean and accessible to some nice cafes and nagoya mall! the room is really affordable for the convenience

initially had a bit of smoke smell, but was generally ok afterwards
