I love everything about the hotel, right from the moment I step in the hotel lobby, from the door men, the reception, the restaurant and practically all the hotel Staff that I bump into are friendly, polite and respectful. Despite being a 3 star hotel this hotel, has exceed my expectation, with the superb location, breakfast spread and most importantly the Staff of the hotel has provide my husband and I stellar service and we are impressed. Keep up the good job and we will certainly be back soon

The only downside was that the aircon temperature was not cold despite me putting it at the lowest 17°C.

Relatively new hotel, rooms are clean. Designated parking area for inhouse guest is a blessing. Security round the clock to oversee your rented car parked there. They have an in house Spa which opens 24hrs apparently. No frills value for money hotel. Food court, massage shop, supermarket and even a sit-down durian shop just beside the hotel.

No phone in the room to connect with the reception. The hotel is utilising Google nest as a replacement however 2 out of the 3 rooms I booked, the Google nest was not connected. No way to get help from the staff other than making your way down to the first floor. So basically when you check out, you are on your own with your bags and shopping hauls.

Reservation staff were attentive to my need of request on connecting rooms. The rooms are reasonably sized with comfortable beds. I didn’t set expectation on breakfast as I saw feedback saying spread was limited. To my surprise, the spread was good and pastry was fantastic. The staff were proactive and plates were cleaned away fast. Overall stay was pleasant :)

No complaint at all.

The location is strategic and right at the center. Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal is around 10 mins away, nearby to most shopping centres as well. The staffs are professional and very helpful. From cleaners, to bellboy, to security, to kitchen staffs and receptionist. Everyone provided top services. The breakfast spread was amazing as well. Room is true to picture. All in all, it’s a great stay and I would definitely visit again.

The position of the aircon in the room is placed at the foot of the bed. Hence, the air flow is not that great. The temperature of the fridge is not cooling as well. Perhaps with better maintenance, the appliances might work better.

Beds and comforters were very comfortable and clean. The toilet had bidets as well, water heater and hair dryer were working perfectly fine. Do note that the toilet has been designed with no locks however! A/C was working good too. The staffs also tried their best to accommodate to requests. The hotel was located about a 10-15min walk from Nagoya mall, which works well for me since it isn't located too near to the hustle and bustle of the mall, yet its still within walking distance. Lots of eating places was also available just outside the hotel. Breakfast variety was average but good enough for a short stay. Found out that certain rooms were connecting rooms but I did not see this information anywhere on the website, so maybe anyone interested in this option can state it under request:)

Breakfast venue was small, so the hotel has 2 different slots for breakfast to accommodate to hotel guests. Thought this was a little odd, because shouldn't the hotel have a breakfast space large enough to accommodate the hotel's capacity? The reception desk may have shortage of manpower as well. At times, its only 1 staff and they will have to handle everything from calls to guest check-in and check-out all along, which may result in a delay during checking in. Nonetheless, overall its still a good experience, 7.5/10.

I like the room. It's so advanced with an ipad that could play songs on Spotify especially with youngsters or couples. Variety of channels and also have an YouTube where u could just watch anything on it.

There wasn't enough staff around. Especially to clean rooms. The staff should also be more punctual on giving room especially when my room got delayed for almost 3hrs then the check in time. Had to wait around for more than an hour before getting my room even though it was already being booked in advanced.

Front office staff Ms Ria, shows excellent job, tactful n professional. Security officer very helpful. Housekeeping staffs did a good job cleaning the room daily. Breakfast spread sumptuous n delicious..

Nothing at all

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations! They had a very good variety of international fares and all taste good. They even have 5 live stations that make hot food.

If there’s swimming pool or gym, would be better.

Time for breakfeast is 6am-10am. But sadly when i went at 6.10am the breakfeast is only partly ready. Egg station only ready at 8am. Choices of food is also not to expectation and not relevent for tourists. Need improvement of more variaties of food.

Smoking area at the G floor need improvement

Breakfast was okay- plenty of food variety. Staff were friendly too. I asked for 2 twin beds upon booking and checking in but I was given a queen sized bed instead. Nevertheless the bed was comfortable and large so it was still fine. The shower water pressure was really great too! Plenty of eateries and cafes nearby so it is quite convenient. Will need to take grab to those malls though.
