Great location, friendly staff, clean and modern room, very lovely. Good AC, balcony, comfy bed overall really nice. Breakfast included in the price too- what a bargain! The breakfast was really lovely too, limited but the fact that you can ask them to cook eggs/omelette with choice of fillings right infront of you was fab and always really tasty, was a nice surprise!

Our shower was ridiculously weak, we didn’t bother to ask to change rooms as it was a short stay so wasn’t too fussed, if we’d been there for longer I’d definitely have asked to move as I wasn’t even able to wash my hair properly it was that weak I had to use water bottles filled from the sink to rinse shampoo/conditioner out. However, the facilities were really clean. Oh, and definitely definitely do not use the tap water, hot tap at sink came out yellow like urine

Our stay felt like a five-star hotel experience! The service was exceptional, and every staff member was not only friendly but also added a fun touch to our time there. The buffet breakfast, featuring both Western and Balinese delights, was a highlight, and the coffee was the best we've had in Bali! Despite not planning it, my husband ended up doing his diving course during our stay, a pleasant surprise. Our son had a blast in the pool. the cleanliness and provided amenities made our stay effortless. With the accommodation situated on the main street, getting to other places was incredibly easy. Highly recommended!

I had the pool side room which was very comfortable and exactly as I'd hoped. Enough facilities to get some work done and although close to the mosque, it didn't really impact my sleeping or peace. It is a dive resort so obviously easy to organise diving from there. The pool by the room was lovely, amazing temperature in November. The included breakfast was good enough variety from day to day and quality of the food from the kitchen was also good, I was happy to order food from there.

The privacy of the rooms was enough but you had to have the curtains fully closed for this. It is a dive resort so the focus is on diving with many groups and learners etc, it's probably not a great place to stay if you're not diving as it's quite busy with tanks and teachers etc. The beach lounges also had an annoying cross bar, I managed to relax of course but it was a weird design.

I got to experience Gili T at the best possible way thanks TDC. Clean rooms, super helpful and hospitable crew. For the last 5 days TDC became home away from home and was able to visit some of the best dive spots around the islands. Even when I had a problem the management was able to handle and deliver and excellent customer service and made sure I was ok and happy. If you are a diver or non diver and curious I highly recommend staying here and exploring the island and the underwater with TDC

During the dive times the toilets near the reception can be busy.

Staff - mostly Indonesian and European - all friendly and helpful. Especially Esther at the front desk for all her knowledge and recommendations on restaurants, horses, bicycles, etc. Adam, the director/owner, goes out of his way to assure all guests have dive experiences that meet their individual needs. Diving - The equipment is in excellent condition, including all masks, fins, wetsuits, BCDs, tanks. The boat trips to over a dozen dive spots are all less than 15 minutes, the visibility at this time of year was over 25 metres. in 28 degree water. Tons of colorful fish and turtles. Much of the coral is bland, but enough bursts of color to enjoy

Not a complaint, but a note about the 5am prayers blasted through loudspeakers. The population of Gili T is mostly Muslim. There is a tall white tower with loudspeakers that blasts prayers for ten minutes at 5 am, noon and late afternoon. Only the 5 am are a bother, but bearable with ear plugs, tolerance and appreciation for the local culture.

the hotel has a great location, it is close to turtle beach and also to bars and restaurants that light up Gili nights. it has a direct access to the beach and 3 swimming pool, 2 for divers and 1 for hotel guests. Breakfast is really good, with a good selection and freshly made pancake and omelette, do not miss it. the staff is great, everyone was helpful and always smiley and nice. the hotel restaurant is a plus, one of the best burger and fries of my life and the smoothies with tropical fruits are to die for.

the hotel is really close to the Muslim tower, from which the muezzin invite Muslims to pray. it happens 5 times per day, the first at 5 am. it is true that after the 1st day you don’t really mind it, but it was unexpected to us. Another thing to flag is related to the room, we had “the villa” a really nice and big room with a big balcony with a wonderful beach view especially at sunrise. however it is close to the kitchen and since the hotel has a restaurant (please try they hamburger with fry, one of the best of our lives) the balcony smells like food most of the day.

The location is really good, the pool in the back is clean and nice. The staff is always friendly and happy to help. The standard room is nice and overall comfortable, even though you are not directly at the pool. You get free beach towels as often as you like, so that’s amazing. The breakfast buffet is nice and has a stunning view over the sea. You only get new towels and room service if south ask but that’s fine for us.

As the resort is connected to the dive school, it’s always a lot of traffic and many people in the front and it’s kind of chaotic.

The Villa was lovely - spacious and clean with really big terrace. The food for the buffet breakfast was delicious and the attached restaurant had excellent food. Location was great, easy walk to restaurants and right on beach. Three pools to choose from for swimming. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This is not something the hotel can address but people might like to know that it is right next door to a mosque so the 5am call to prayer was very loud. You get used to it after the first night though. The wifi isn’t great but, again, this is something outside of the hotel’s control.

The location is excellent. Just opposite the beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We had two kinds of rooms. The one with twin beds was bigger and infact had a 'sofa bed' that could sleep a third person. The other room had an enclosed sit out. The breakfast was good and they provide drinking water at the reception where you can fill your bottle, which is just so eco-friendly!

The enclosed sit out did not look too well kept and I wish they had a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Also, while booking the twin room with the sofa bed it did not say it can sleep three, so we ended up booking an extra room.

I stayed at both the poolside room and budget room, to me the only difference is the more expensive one has a nice view and easier access to the none diver pool, otherwise they are equally good (the photos on bookings.com made the budget room seemed less attractive but actually its virtually the same decor as the more extensive one but smaller). Personally spaeking I think the budget room is better value for money. The none diver pool is a good length so you can kinda do laps. Its nicely surroundid by plants and flowers so it feels different to swimming at the beach at the front. I like how they have a day bed and seats in front of the room/at the balcony, nice to just relax and chill. Esther at reception was very helpful. I read reviews from others saying the prayers from the mosque was very loud but actually its not much different to other parts of the island, you will hear it wherever you are on the island.

I thought people were being silly complaining aboutthe daybed on the beach in their reviews but my gosh they were so uncomfortable!
