Amazing location right across from the best beach and snorkelling spot on GILI T ( I walked around whole island so have viewed all the beaches) . Every-time we swam/snorkelled in front of hotel there were turtles right there . Amazing drop off with corals and many fish too . we stayed in a newer villa, these are at the back of the property, lots of windows for natural light, villa was large, with plenty of storage and space , aircon worked well for the size of room. large bathroom with lots of natural light .

our only issue was the bed, it was terrible , so hard and uncomfortable, our hips, back and shoulders would be sore and we did not sleep well , we asked for a extra doona saying the bed was too hard , so we could put that as a makeshift mattress topper to relieve our bodies , they didn’t really seem to understand what we wanted it for but did provide a thin extra doona /comforter . we still had to fold it in half to try and get some kind of relief from the hard bed .

Beautiful bungalow with a wow factor ceiling and just afew feet from the beach, 15 mins walk to centre but bikes available out side get you there in 2 mins. Didn't need to go anywhere snorkeling as the turtles and coral literally just outside the accommodation. Perfect. Friendly happy staff and nothing too far away.

Nothing to do with the accommodation but the horses are worked around the clock and it's heartbreaking to see them slave heavy loads of rocks, wood and people with luggage. Wish this would stop as its cruel. Gili islands are a perfect heaven apart from this.

Nice tranquil place with a location in front of a beach with beautiful snorkeling, while also being close to restaurants and bars without being in the busy mix Beach chairs included - that we didn't have to compete with anyone to use We also liked that they had complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks in the afternoon

The beach chairs could use better upkeep. The pool seemed fine, but not particularly inviting as far as pools go. We also would have liked more convenient access to drinking water

Ideal location on the edge of the bustling main drag, quiet and away from the main parties, rooms are huge and are well equipped. We saw turtles and beautiful reef right off the beach out the front. We did a full loop of the whole island and felt we had picked the best accommodation in the best location. Great food from the restaurant and service from staff. Would definitely recommend.

We were really happy with everything, but for the other travellers... The facilities are not brand new and perfect, they are a little aged in spots from normal wear and tear, but they are impeccably clean and functional. As we explored the island we could see alot of places had closed with COVID, and no doubt Almarik was for a while too and so the gardens are just coming back to the glory of these photos. Everyday there was a gardener tending to them and loving them back to life. 🌺🌸

The staff in Villa Amarik were exceptional, very friendly and helpful, expecillay Susi. She made us feel so welcome, organised our trip and bike rental for us. In addition when we walked to receptions she would stop to say hi and check in with us to she how they went or if we needed anything else. She did everything to make our stay exceptional.

Over all lovely place, nit picking here rooms are slight dated, need to take old hooks out off the wall and new paint. We did get food while at the resort as we had heard bad reviews, but there were so many other amazing resturants just outside the door this didn't make an issue.

The hotel grounds and rooms were spectacular. Very comfortable bed, TV with English channels, luxurious bathroom and ice cold air-conditioning. The location is perfect as it 4 minutes bicycle ride from the main party area, close enough but nice and quiet, right opposite turtle beach where I swam with wild turtles everyday. The resturant is wonderful and they offer room service and the hotel is very eco friendly and sustainable. I can't wait to come back and stay again!

The swimming pool closes at 7pm each night. Would be great if it stayed open until 10pm.

beach near hotel, turtle always there , my kid was super happy to see a lot of turtles. always check for low/high tide , it’s hard to swim in low tide , u have no have special shoes if u wanna go to ocean in low tide . in high tide it’s perfect ocean and a lot of turtles. staff very easy help u with everything- rent bike , call for horse , lunch/dinner menu is good , breakfast not so good . tv works well, internet is good . I would stay again .

rooms little dark , but very good for price range. always clean . don’t have toothpaste and tooth brush .

Loved the location, it was right across the road from the beach where there was lots of turtles to snorkel with, needed to wear reef shoes but they were super-easy to hire or super-cheap to get from the shop. The rooms were awesome and they did great giving us 3 right next to each other for our family. BEST area to take kids on Gili T because it is away from the loud late night clubs. Their restaurant out front was so nice to have, service was incredible, drinks cold and the food delicious.

The pool was a bit green, they closed to clean it the next day, otherwise everything was excellent here and i'd definitely go back with family.

The property was well located, not in the thick of the party area but an easy bike ride. The rooms were large with large bathrooms and very well appointed. The air conditioning was cold, as was the fridge. Must make special mention to Yani, his service and friendliness was top shelf!

The pool was a little small and when it was full of unsupervised children it wasn’t very relaxing.
