The location and most of the staff, especially Samuel from Security and Bona from housekeeping. After having misplaced our mobile phone Bona gave it to lost and found whereas Samuel has taken every step to find it, with success. He has given me the impression of a true professional. Well done guys!

The staff from the restaurant needs to focus more on the customers. When the coffee machine spills over someone should empty the tray and avoid an electric accident. When you open the restaurant the waffle station should be ready for service and not search for power cords after customers ask for waffles. The rooms with 2 bedrooms should have at least more than 1 water glass and a kitchen towel would come in handy.

I booked 3 bedroom unit for 3D2N for my family, unfortunately we've been informed that our unit not available becouse of renovation things. However Ms Yuri offer me 1 unit of 1 bedroom type and 1 unit of 2 bedroom type. All Staffs are nice and friendly. Thanks to them. I and my family loved staying at Frasser Residence Menteng, we had best experience of family gathering. our room are very spacious yet comfortable and best view. We used free shuttle bus to Grand Indonesia. my family enjoy their breakfast. My children are having fun at swimming pool and kids facility. definitely we stay here again for the next familycation. Thank you.

Good place to stay in with family with small children. The room is spacious and my kids love the room. The breakfast is good and they have daily jamu to consume.

Need to take transport to go nearest mall and the breakfast area is small. The washing machine dryer is not strong enough to dry the clothes and no area to hang the wet clothes after washing.

Location is perfect during holiday season and facilities are sufficient. We booked a 2 bedrooms unit and our children are happy with it. We also order room service from the restaurant and all foods ordered are delicious with a sufficient portion, definitely worth it.

As we are checked in during holiday season of Idul Fitri, our check in was delayed around 45 mins from our arrival at 3PM due to the room is not ready yet so we were waiting at the pool are. However, since the service from the front office staff is good and the waiting time is less than an hour so I am not really complaining on this but please improve the period to tidy up the room for better experience of the guests.

Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room. The hotel has a restaurant, swimming pool, great breakfast and is situated near the train station (for traveling further to Bandung).

It is a business oriented functional hotel, but for us for 1 night in Jakarta trying to sleep out the jetleg and travel along the next day it was perfect.

The value for money is very good. The location is very good being very central in Jakarta. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great for me but the selection was a little limited for my children who I have to admit are a little fussy about food. Comfortable beds.

There wasnt anything I didnt like too much. Sure, the cleanliness could have been a little better. Some of the carpet and the sofa were a bit stained. The window was cracked on the outside layer which the front desk were aware of so not a problem.

location is brilliant. modern design. boutique feel. staffs are very nice esp ladies who greets us in the restaurant for breakfast.

1. property started to get a bit tired… needs to pay attention to worn out wallpaper and old carpets in the room. 2. the restaurant is not as clean as it used to be. should do a bit of light renovation cleaning in the building. 3. please add bidet or toilet shower pleaseeee… your guests are mostly Indonesians, and it’s really really frustrating to not have bidets on toilet or toilet shower :(

The staffs were all friendly and helpful, they are all well trained. They sent your delivery food to you door which is a plus point during covid times. View was great in 2 bedroom apartment. They cleaned the corridor often, had air purifier installed too, no smoking traces which is very plus point

Cleanliness of the room could be improved much better, plates and cutleries need to be clean properly and thoroughly, our plates and cutleries were still oily and had some leftover rice etc. Carpets were very dirty, didnt vacuum properly, under the beds were so messy, its obvious they didnt clean in since there were leftover toy, sandal and very dusty obviously (i stayed for 10 nights)

one of the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed. the photo doesn’t do the justice of the apartment. staff are very very helpful, professional and nice. the only thing is that the location was abit far. believe me 4km in Jakarta can take you half an hour. However, grab is easily assessable so not a big issue to me. overall love my stay and will definitely be back!

The property was clean and well maintained. Pool, gym, sauna and bathroom facilities were very high standard and all in working order when we stayed. All staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

Food selections for breakfast became a bit boring after a few days.
