I am totally disgusted with booking.com and I have no other way of letting booking.com know that they are scammers. I am charged a higher rate than the person sitting next to me, while I have so called awards and privileges. Obviously there is no way to contact any living being on that platform.

I still am disgusted with booking.com and will refrain from using this platform for the rest of my life. I am so very upset to find out that with all my supposed awards my bookings (made in good faith) turn out to be more expensive than any Joe from the street who makes the same booking. I was just checking because I became suspicious. I am deleting my account and will never ever use your services. Plus you do not want to communicate with your clients. Plus you got a bailout from my tax money for your so called covid losses. You are the epitome of everything that is wrong with the world. I will not stop spreading this message.

The hotel reminded me a bit of NY: cool, simple yet stylish studio with black wooden floorboards, exposed concrete ceiling and white-painted brick walls. Comfortable bed and quiet enough for a good nights sleep, despite the street in front of it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and deserve special praise. The breakfast was also great, mainly indonesian food but enough western options for those who prefer them. The pool on the roof is big enough to swim in and has a great view. I was mostly by myself there. The gym is very small with few machines and poorly air-conditioned. I also used the free launderette, including the tumble dryer. Very practical. Bravehearts can even rent a bike or a scooter. The neighbourhood offers amenities such as a decent pavement (not common in Jakarta) and some nice restaurants (a healthy lunch: Honu, dinner: Abeto, dine-in: italian) within walking distance. The Bogor Line station Gongdangdia is a 5 minute walk, Sarinah Mall is 10 and there you can find a large supermarket, a fast food market in the basement and a Telkomsel office (to get a local sim card).

The only downside is the problem of getting a proper bill. This has happened to me occasionally recently because the hotels argue, this should come from the agent, but booking doesn't issue a proper invoice, just a confirmation. This then causes problems later with refunds, tax etc.. To date I do not have a receipt but my complaint is pending and I hope it will get done.

Staff is Crazy good, they did their best to improve our staying there and tried to fix everything we didn’t like. They have little motorbikes for the kids, they (and me!) loved them!

Don’t bother spending a night in the 10th floor, it’s so noisy you wont sleep at all. They have built the whole stack of the hotels ACs above the ceiling and we had to change 2 times rooms until we moved from the 10th to the 3rd floor. They will help you but you will pay for a 2 bedroom apartment and will spend the holidays in two separate rooms. So avoid the 10th floor at all costs.

I was especially impressed by the service at arrival even from the security all the way to the reception. The location was nothing short than perfect! Room was very clean and cosy with all the right amenities which, I thought only 5 star hotels give. The breakfast was just super!

I was very disappointed with the restaurant Zoti. No doubt we utilised the free Pizza coupon but had an issue with the wine and was handled very poorly by the big heavy man, when he scolded the waitress with us in sight. It was simple, she took a wrong order and we got served the wrong wine. It happens. But they should simply be changed and not made a big fuss of. Especially not in front of us. And the pizza wasn't great anyway. The seafood wasn't fresh. I was supposed to invite my friends from Jakarta to have a meal there the next day but I cancelled because I don't like the service there. Such a shame that the person in charge lack finesse in handling problems, because the restaurant itself looks beautiful.

Appreciate Value Of Money To be Stay… Free Bicycles For Rides … Love the hotel and will come again… Recommended for the family trip..

The Room Facility Is Good But It will be more better/excellent if the hotel upgrading the beds..

The hotel is centrally located withing walking distance to the MRT, malls, and lots of restaurants. The hotel is nice and the staff are friendly and responsive. The room is big with plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen room service is fast and tasty. The free laundry room facilities were an added bonus!

The room layout was strange -- it was a big room, with an odd layout. The shower was huge but the toilet area was small. The sink was outside the toilet area in the living room space. The blinds didn't sufficiently block the morning light. Limited closet hanging space so we ended up leaving our suitcases open on the floor.

Location: (+) Very strategic, near many restaurants, cafe, street foods, and big malls. Staffs: (+) Very friendly & helpful. Room: (+) Spacious, all equipment works fine. (+) Complete kitchen equipment. Breakfast/Restaurant: (+) The menu is varied and yummy. Experience: Feeling very satisfied staying here, I also extended my staycation. Would love to coming back! :)

Room: (-) There were some stains on the couches and floor. Cleanliness can be improved. Breakfast/Restaurant: (-) The restaurant in the lobby is not too big, so it's full at certain breakfast hours.

Very friendly, kind, and professional staff. Good, central location near The National Monument. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Diverse, good quality breakfast. Nice pool and (small) gym on the 6th floor with beautiful views across the city.

Window in the room could not be opened for fresh air. Sometimes, there was a lot of noise from young children in the pool, lobby, and breakfast area.

Great location for walks around heritage neighbourhoods of Menteng, Cikini, Gondangdia and Kebon Sirih, as well as landmarks around Taman Merdeka and Jalan Thamrin. Likewise, a great location for driving to destinations further afield as it is in the centre of Jakarta. Loads of great eating options nearby.

There was nothing I didn’t like, but I should mention a few things. There are currently some renovations around the property, which can cause some confusion if usual entrances and exits are blocked. My room faced Jl Wahid Hasyim and I couldn’t hear any construction work, but I can’t vouch for rooms elsewhere in the hotel. The apartment I booked was a loft apartment with steep stairs, so be mindful if you have mobility issues.

There were a lot of breakfast options which was really nice, but there isn't much for vegetarians. The staff were helpful but need to improve their English if they are going to be at the desks. The room was really nice, they even had a sofa in there! Big TV, comfy bed, powerful shower, extra pillows, own little kitchen, big fridge and spacious room. The hotel was big and the rooftop was really nice.

I was pulling the blinds up in the morning and it broke and smashed my hand. If i was a few inches further forward, it would have smashed on my head and given me serious injury. I went and told the staff what happened and they were like ok we'll fix it. Within minutes it was fixed. This to me shows they know it's a known issue, which is very bad as they should have fixed this and not let us have that room. They didn't offer an apology or do anything as a kind gesture. It was very very disappointing. There were also a really strong smell downstairs in the main lobby which was hard to take.
