Love the room..very comfortable and spacious with Le Labo amenities, the twin beds were pretty large and comfortable. Love the service and prompt respond from the staff, lovely breakfast experience, warm welcome from Kita Restaurant’s Japanese chef when we had dinner there, great overall hospitality. Would definitely stay here again.

Almost none, except for musholla/mosque sound that was too loud even at 31st floor, around 3:30 to 4:30 in the morning. Also one of the sink in our room clogged so the water stays there quite awhile before they drain.

Like a Keraton palace on the 21st to 37th floors overlooking central Jakarta the hotel has many pleasant spaces to spend time or even work. I loved the very light library with its 180 degrees view and a few very relevant books. Good pool, bar with excellent cocktail making barkeeper (try Rosemary pepper). Excellent Japanese restaurant on the top floor (Lombok Thai snapper sashimi). Very attentive staff. Many speak some English. Safe and quiet place in a very busy lovely city.

Too much black stone and mirrors in the corridors sometimes got me disorientated. Can't change the building though. Staff are so attentive, you sometimes wish they disappear for a moment ;)

i have too much expectation. even i heard this hotel have 6star but there is no special treatment like “make up room” at noon (lamp setting, room sandals, clean the trash bin etc), and i cant request my egg (asked for eggs benedict but they can’t made it)

There was a little problem in master panel for lights and air conditioner, but it is fixed really quickly. No problem at all.

The gym and spa is really nice. Good technogym machines, inbody body composition scanner. The spa is amazing. Sauna, steam, different plunges and jacuzzi. Breakfast was perfect... big ala carte menu. Really a lovely hotel... by far my new favorite in Jakarta. Le Labo bergamote 22 toiletries is a really nice luxury touch as well.

There were some small dirty spots that should not be there in the toilet and I also noticed small bugs. But overall I will come again for the experience for sure.

One of the best hotels in Jakarta. everything was comfortable. Neither one has anything to point out as a problem. The birthday gift they prepared for my friend was the best. Thank you again. I plan to stay here every time I go to Jakarta.

modern and ethnic design, bed comfortable, high tech gym and complete facilities, also nice awesome staff. The gave attention to detail to my family. They gave birthday cake to both my family member and prepared it in the room.
