The location -walking distance to a mall. The hotel located just right behind Plaza Gajah Mada. I managed to get some amenities from the Guardian and snacks at the mall. There is so much street food in front of the hotel and there is one great rumah makan nasi padang next to the hotel, please try out Nasi Padang Surya. The staff - don't worry. You will always feel welcome there. Will definitely be coming back here when I visit Jakarta soon

Facilities - Maybe the hotel can provide one iron and ironing board near the lift at each floor.

The room was nice and had a desk to place a laptop, and it was also equipped with everything I would need for a stay. There are some food stalls just in front of the hotel, as well as some convenience stores. Relatively close to some attractions. Good accommodation overall.

Not a real problem of the hotel itself, but I was arriving in the evening and it took quite a lot of time to reach the hotel due to endless traffic jams. Again, it is not a hotel's problem, just a thing to consider

The staff services, they answered every question responsively and genuinely. The breakfast, shower/toilet and overall experience of my stay I could say worth the money I spent.

Maybe if they provide coffee/tea in the room. The bathroom is okay however on the toilet side, there should be another drainage, if there's extra splash of water on the toilet side, it could stagnant.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. Cleaning of the room everyday. Free coffee and water. The location was very good next to a big mall, good street food just outside and close proximity to the Transjakarta bus stop "Harmoni".

The walls were a bit thin and you could hear noise sometimes.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness throughtout the property, including the room, was impeccable. The bed was comfortable, nice and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was nice too! What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Special thanks to Andi and his team for making my stay truly memorable! :-)

Room was very clean, air conditioning working, tv channels also in other languages. Position is good to visit the main (not many) attractions of the city. Coffee and tea + hot/cold water available for free.

Shower was not the best, but could be just that room. Bedroom was a bit tiny, it's difficul to reach the other side of the bed.

Clean, worth for money including breakfast. Located just closer to a good shopping mall.

Better if the property has an iron and iron board for common use at house keeping department

The strategic location. near to any public transport like bus (Halte Harmoni), gojek/grab friendly location. various food stalls nearby, 24hrs convenient stores nearby, comfortable mattress, huge room worth the price. Clean room.. Friendly supervisor Pak Anto Pratama and his helpful team.. my 3rd times staying here..
