The staff and service were excellent! We arrived early and asked if we could check in, if the room was ready - it wasn't, but you could tell they did what they could do accommodate us and we got the keycard about 20 minutes later. When we waited for the taxi to the airport the next day, a very friendly lady staff asked us about our stay and ensured the bellboy and driver got our bags and the right terminal drop off. The hotel had environmentally friendly policies which I liked, such as no plastic water bottles and refillable water stations. The buffet breakfast had some lovely options as well.

The location is strategic, however, it was quite difficult to cross the intersection on foot to get to Starbucks/shops.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was big - paid for an extra bed for our daughter which easily fitted in. Location was great to walk to local restaurants and great department store. Stylish modern room. Very clean and nice bathroom. Also fab pillows and crisp white linen. Organised airport pick up v good

Pool isn’t big and not very private so felt a bit odd going in with people around looking at us - also shady and I’d have liked to sit in the sun.

Room ambience was good enough. Wifey very liked the spacious sofa. Rain shower too, didnt expect it to be available there.

The bed was not good enough and limited food availability. The carpark was not proper, as we got bird's poo on our car. Better if we as a guest can park our vehicle alone. Last time the valet forgot to turned off the AC as the car electricity was not ready and I just realized it when the car was on

The staff alway knock the door at 8-9am asking for laundry and cleaning while at this time many people are still sleeping

We liked the area, is near some tourist-spots by walking or Taxi. Room was very calm, even there is a mosque beside. Very nice breakfast. I need to point out Mr. Randy from the hotel-team: He has given us so much helpful information and he was very courteous! On top we get an upgrate an could check in earlier to take a rest after a long trip. Thank you!

Would be great if they would have openable Windows in the rooms.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Late check out was no problem. Breakfast was good, enough to choose from. They organised a screen to watch the World cup soccer games on, which was great. I would stay here again.

The rooms are a bit dated but have a nice theme to it. The a la cart menu is expensive, and the food is not overly great. With so many places to eat around the hotel, it's not worth it.

The food variances have less vegetable choices! Please upgrade it! The taste is plain! The lighting inside the room is weird. The stop contact on the right side of the bed is not a copy of the left side.

Great location within walking distance to Monas. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had varieties of food and delicious.

Strong odor coming from bathroom (probably shower drainage), had to call a few times for the staff to spray some air freshener. Please fix the root cause of this issue (anti odor floor trap or something) or at least put an automatic air freshener dispenser in the bathroom.

Comfy bed and nice shower. Walking distance to the national museum. Friendly staff. Water filling stations available on each floor. Really good soundproofing windows - didn't even notice call to prayer.

Elevator won't take more than 2 people. Pool location in the middle of the restaurant truly discourages use. A lot of the food is too salty.

The location was ideal and easily accessible by private and public transport. The room was kept fresh and clean. The price is relatively ok but can be priced better.

The price for a few hours stay could have been priced more competitively as compared to hotels within 1km range. I booked 1 hour before checking in.
