Service staff was great and the morning breakfast crew couldn't be friendlier and more helpful. Room had a great view and direct access to the pool which was very convenient.

The hotel is dated. The bathroom needs major upgrading since there were no splash guards installed and water gets absolutely everywhere from the shower area. Major wear and tear can also be seen everywhere in the room, too many to mention. The main pool is incredibly filthy, full of algae and clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages. The noise level from the main road is also palpable, all through the night. Definitely not up to Sheraton usual standard

well, rooms were very clean and spacious, big bathrooms and very good bed...but...

the noise from outside is horrible.. i know its not the hotels fault..but still

Breakfast had many options. Staff supernice. Good view from the balcony. Nice big pool.

First room we got was little humid and smelled moldy. Fortunately we got new room from upper levels which wasnt smelly or moldy and we even received a free couple's massage as a gift. The hotel would need a little renovation so that the level of requirements would correspond to the four-star rating scale.

The hotel was nice and good facilities. Staff were very friendly. There was air conditioning problem on my second day and they immediately arranged for a replacement room.

Room for improvement on the morning breakfast menu and also front desk staff need more training to communicate in English. Many instances staff at reception did not understand and had to call another staff to help them.

i had buffet breakfast. flavor wise: could have been better since it was so so. the indoor restaurant was super hot, i think they should think about getting some ac.

The Hotel itself is little dingy, its not a new Hotel, but for the money its Suberb. Good views on the Bay and very good breakfast. Center location in uluwatu, you can reach everything within 20 mins.

Room was big enough for us, plenty space to space. Although we stay in just for 1 night, but we feel it was comfy and feel good enough to stay in. Not much facilities been used. Breakfast was good like the other Marriot Bonvoy hotels standard.

Access way or the entrance a bit dangerous to maneuvers for car/vehicle. The uphill entrance bit too steep for some type of vehicle. The humidity in the area around the hotel little bit high, it was not suggested to open the room window/slide doors or leave it open to sit on the terrace or balcony. The humidity will make your room's floor wet due to air condensation.

We had an amazing stay! Very warm welcome by Putra at the Front Desk. Very professional, efficient and personal. It set the tone for an excellent stay. The room was clean, well appointed and spacious. Excellent room service - very fast, food all very good. Service was impeccable by a young waiter whose name I forgot now. Breakfast was super! We surely will be back!

The WiFi did not work. No problem as we have our own subscription plans, but was a bit of a headache to get the online order in via the TV menu. Loved the idea of having the menu and ordering available through a simple QR Scan!

Nice clean room and common facilities of the four points Sheraton standard.

It's a standard business hotel not like the touristy bali hotels. The location is a little odd. Neither very close to any of the uluwatu/South Bali attractions nor very close to the airport.

Due to low occupancy, we were lucky to be able to have the selective breakfast. The menu was quite special and we were allowed to add more main breakfast course if required.

Our first room was quite noisy as the window was facing the road, but staff replaced it with different room and we barely notice any noise in the room coming from the street
