We really liked MaxOneHotel! Especially the pool area on the top is a big highlight. The breakfast was really delicious and we had a lot to choose from. The rooms were clean. We also had the possibilities to rent scooters.

The hotel is located next to a really busy street, therefore there is a bit of traffic noise all of the time. The location of the appartment is only good if you plan in renting a scooter. (With the traffic you should know how to drive a scooter before, it’s dangerous otherwise)

The Location and pool area

This the first time when I checked in into this hotel and handled by the 1 of FO female staff who was busy with her phone and not being profesional to assist me or inform me of what should i do with the check in form. I am a hotelier too but this is a bit un-acceptable considering the hotel chain brand. Please review your front desk staff manner in the future especially for handling an Indonesian or local guest. This is the first time I gave a review for this hotels since a several time I stayed here in the last

Quite reasonable price and quality; if you’re looking for an affordable accommodation and stil worth the price with a touch of comfort (comfort bed and bathroom, cool aircon, elevator, breakfast, cafe, convenient store nearby, etc), then this prop might be the answer.

The location is quite far from the Kuta centre area with a bit traffic to and from. yet if you’re looking for accommodation very close to GWK, this could be the option.

staff was super nice and helpful, endless pool on the rooftop, welcome drink from the counter and brakie just looks so right!

no hair dryer at room, floor wasnt very clean if you want to walk bare foot. fence on the balcony were rusted (i get the island is still recovering from covid-19) the room is a bit dark if you want to use laptop or pack.

I’ve stayed at MaxOne Jimbaran several times and always come back. The staff are the best and always go out of there way to help and make me feel welcome. The rooms are great and have everything anyone needs to feel comfortable. The roof top pool makes it perfect. the view is amazing and to top it off, there is a bar that’s staffed by great people with music. honestly MaxOne is perfect!!

Great value for money, comfy beds, and the staff are lovely. good location, quick trip into Uluwatu. The rooftop pool has lovely views as well.

The wifi wasn’t the best, very on off and hardly worked in our room.

breakfast doesn’t have too many international options-more local food which is like a hot buffet but more suitable for lunch not for breakfast

Services opening and close hours were not always accurate.

The space is really good and the property is close to everything, you may need a scooter but you’ll have options around the hotel to eat.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean but was ok.

Felt very safe as the location is in the centre, very convenient to get to Uluwatu only 20 mins max, room was well equipped with everything.

Poor wifi.
