I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Bali. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there were a few things that could be improved. The location was fantastic, very convenient, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. The amenities were good, although the elevator had an overpowering fragrance that felt too much for the confined space. Lastly, I was disappointed with the coffee—it was unfortunately not to my taste at all. Despite these minor issues, the hotel has potential if they address the cleanliness and parking concerns

However, I found the cleanliness lacking — the bed sheets were yellowish, and the room had a noticeable layer of dust. The parking situation was also inconvenient, as the space was too small, forcing us to park outside.

Responsible staff - room was not ready for checkin so staff provided an upgraded room. They were also reasonably polite. Bed was comfortable, facilities were sufficient and operational (except the hair dryer). Location was very near Garuda Wisnu Kencana, just a short walk away.

Room was poorly lit with minimal light sources.The view from the windows weren't enjoyable. Wifi connection was not good.

We got upgraded for free (probably thanks to the low season, and we did pay low season prices) so we got a room with a nice view (we could watch planes!) Everything was clean and modern There was everyday cleaning and by default they adjust to your timings (try to visit when you're not in the room) There are blackout curtains - made our sleep great! The lobby is nice to sit in WiFi was pretty good (around 99% reliable)

Everything you expect from a hotel was there. Staff, great, laundry service, great, I didn’t eat there but they served food. The pool was nice. Massage options. It had it all really.

I wasn’t TOO happy about my clothes coming back later than expected. The form you fill out says 1 thing but the laundry service was a different timing so be aware of that. I think that they could save some “planet” by not replenishing the toothpaste / brush everyday. It’s nice that it’s there, don’t get me wrong, but no need really. Towels looked a little dirty but I’m used to seeing that in Asia so wasn’t new to me. There was the smell of cigarettes in my room 1 day even though I’d booked a non smoking room. Bothered me a little because I can’t stand the smell but went away in a few hours.

Extremely friendly staff. They go above and beyond to accommodate you. Massage downstairs in the spa area can be booked anytime until 9pm so perfect for winding down at the end of the day. Housekeeping, restaurant and room service staff are 10/10. Quiet area, close to GMK tourist attraction and a shopping mall. Easy to use Grab to go to other attractions. There are restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Not as busy as Kuta which is perfect if you want a peaceful holiday. Very close to the airport too.

We had to get our telephone changed nearly everyday since it wouldn't work every time we tried to call room service or the reception. There were some items on the room service menu that weren't available for several days.

The hotel has what you need, the staff is great, food is really good for a reasonable price, and it's very clean, the room service every day is amazing, they come whenever you're not there to clean and tidy up your room.

The street outside is quite busy, maybe the most busy street in Uluwatu, but also it's well located in the centre so you can go around or reach any point in almost 25 minutes driving your bike.

Very friendly staff, good sized rooms and swimming pool. It's worth booking this place for its location to visit Uluwatu tempel, the Kecak dans, and visit the beaches of Jimbaran. The reception is most happy to provide a motorbike, driver, or whatever is needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A business type of hotel. Efficient, no fuzz en could be anywhere in the world.

If you want to enjoy the area you definitely need to be mobile. A scooter is the best option considering the excess of traffic. I choose for not having breakfast in the hotel simply because there are so many options nearby. Remember to switch on the air-conditioning every time you slight your keycard in the slot. The red light means "airco on"

Staff was great during our stay. The room and bed were very comfy. You really can feel that you are in Indonesia. There are many shops around in case you want to have breakfast dinner or need any groceries.

Breakfast could have been better for the price. Location was a bit far from main key points, around 30’ driving. The street it’s extremely busy and rooms can be noisy.

The rooms were really clean. It is very close to Garuda Clutural Park and could also see the statue from the room. The pool was amazing and hygine.

The rooms are situated so much close to one another making it uncomfortable. We could literally hear the voice of the people talking next room. Also our sleep was disturbed. Rest everything was good
