I enjoyed the green gardens hotel stay accommodation and amenities. I grab a Gojek bike for easy transport to my favourite venues and explore each day while I am out and about. Staff are all friendly and eager to please. I rarely eat at Green gardens as I explore different venues for breakfast lunch and dinner daily however the food I have had at green gardens has been delicious (pork ribs)

Wifi cuts in and out often other than that green garden hotel meets all my needs thank you.

The place looks beautiful after fresh renovations. Location is excellent! Large clean rooms. White linen. The characters made from towels by room service are pretty novel. Room service is on the ball. Everything worked

The fountain over the pool is obnoxiously loud and constantly distracting. Thankfully it turns off at 10pm. There is practically no driveway or entrance for cars so it’s an awkward to get in or out.

Newly renovated rooms. However the rooftop restaurant is still under renovation. Good location. Staff were excellent and wifi was good but needed to login every now and then.

Everything was good and enjoyed all 5 days. However the last night there were a few guests who were loud right till about 2:00am without consideration for other guests. I tried calling the front desk but it wasn’t attended thus couldn’t get help.

Fantastic budget hotel - close to all amenities, shops, restaurants, spas etc. Food very reasonably priced and enjoyable. Staff friendly. Beautiful pool and garden and outdoor area kept meticulously clean.

Disappointed the spa is no longer here. Turned off balcony lights as they were disturbing our sleep, but staff member told us they had to stay on until 11:00pm.

Breakfast is basic same as Sulis and Febris Pool gets shade during the day and a semi separate shallow part..

Staff didn't stop people making noise during the night Screaming kids (9.50pm) and drunk groups (3 to 5am)

The hotel was spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful and there was an excellent choice for breakfast which was always served promptly. This hotel, although situated in the centre of Kuta is a delightful little sanctuary to relax and watch the world go by.

We actually booked more days after the first day, the rooms were lovely and clean, good TV, good location, pool and fridge in the room. We got the impression it had just been renovated as it was much better than a 2*, would recommend.

Rooms being clean, new sheets, pretty garden, close to the beach and shopping mall.

Convenient 10 minutes to the airport yet central to Kira beach and stores

The advice to pay 200k from the airport by the staff, when it cost a quarter using Grab. Also we were woken up by a staff call at 8.30 am for no good reason, when we arrived and checking at 2 am.

Beautiful renovation. Comfy bed, fluffy towels, lovely walkin shower. Friendly staff. Very nice

Not a fan of the noisy water feature . No rail or hooks for towels in bathroom and our room 322 had a big pillar right next to the bed 😂

got in after midnight & security were there to show us our room & bring luggage up, room was spotless & we had a great sleep.

There was nothing we didn't like about the Green Gardens hotel,the staff were all very friendly & helpful.
