I enjoyed staying at this hotel it is smaller and as I travelled alone I felt safe and secure. I am a returning customer as I liked the large room and nice bathroom facilities. Very comfortable bed makes for a good nights rest and the bed is very comfy to me. Breakfast can be very busy but nothing is a problem when asking staff to replenish. Bonus this is a sister hotel to the resort next door and shares the facilities. Its a nice walk through the sister resort to the beach.

Aggressive guests - the towel on the chair scenario whilst they are elsewhere. I could smell strong mould smell in room upon entry.

All staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, a special shout out to Yoga and Citra during our stay! The hotel is small but comfortable, nice pool area and pool bar. Nice restaurant but a limited dinner menu and breakfast buffet very limited, however the egg station was great and bacon is available if you ask for it! Close to Lippo mall (2 minute walk) and discovery plaza 5 minute walk. All the bars and restaurants you need on Kartika plaza are within 10 minute walk at the most. A great little hotel but for our family of six (4 children) not really a family orientated hotel, having said that the hotel was fully booked with staff of dignatories attending the World water forum, so very few kids about. All in all we enjoyed our stay, well located in kuta, all staff from reception to restaurant staff to room attendants were warm and friendly!

On third floor there is a smoking balcony, our room was next to the door that opens onto the balcony, so every time someone went out and left the door open the wind would slam it shut, one night with late flight arrivals the door was constantly banging at 1am, but that's not the hotel's fault but rather inattentive, lazy guests not closing the door behind them! Beds were a touch firm for our liking but were fine!

The room : was clean and big, we stayed in family room with connecting door, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. The facilities : small but nice swimming pool and we are allowed to use the pool/beach and gym facilities in Bintang Bali Resort. The Breakfast : lots of options and the change the buffet menus every day, that was really nice. The food also taste good, you need to try the chicken porridge..yum yum. The hotel is in strategic place, near to local restaurants, malls, beaches, atm, local market,laundry, mini market all is in walking distance and 10 minutes from the airport. We are really sattisfied and happy staying in Bintang Kuta and highly recomended for family holiday. We are definiatelly will stay here again when we visit Kuta.

Only stayed two nights. Room had all the usual amenities including a kettle and a fridge. Wifi was not that good - continually dropped out. Buffet breakfast was good with an egg station, bread/toast/croissant station, cereal and hot, mostly Asian dishes. You need to ask staff for butter as none is laid out near the bread station. No decaf coffee but not a problem as I brought my own. Although hotel has a pool we used the nearby Bintang Resort Pool instead which was much better. Guests at the Bintang Hotel are allowed to use the resort facilities which was great. Excellent Vietnamese restaurant just across the road from the hotel entrance.

We were initially allocated a smoking room on a smoking floor ( 5th floor, Rooms 500 etc ). Luckily my partner had read some reviews and was aware of this so we requested a non-smoking room when checking in. We had to for go our double bed and settle for twin beds to get a non-smoking room. First time I have ever been automatically allocated a smoking room so not normally something I check. Easy to avoid this problem by requesting a non-smoking room when you book unless of course you are a smoker.

Room was lovely, good size and clean. Lots of food options around and breakfast was well done. Good location and easy to get around. I liked that we were able to use the resort facilities.

Wish there was a door to the bathroom and the towels were bigger/ newer. Sometimes there were bugs in the room/ hotel. I disliked having to go to the resort to have a swim up bar. Also, that it was so hard/ confusing to get to the resort from the hotel (lots of stairs and windy turns).

Location was great, 10 mins or so from the airport, so great for a transit. Place was clean and the deluxe room was spacious. Loved that we got interconnecting room, which was a criteria for selection of accommodation. Nice, small pool. Quiet most of the time. Loved the large beds, wide and comfy. 3 of us could easily fit in there! Breakfast was great, we aren't fussy, so we loved the selection of food provided. Overall excellent value and would stay again.

Oh the pillows.. sooo uncomfortable. Too high, gave me neck pain and had to just sleep on mattress instead.

Excellent breakfast selections and REALLY good coffee. You have to ask for a special coffee otherwise you will just get the filtered coffee (which is average) but it’s well worth the additional $2. The staff are so nice and very willing to help in any way. You can utilize the amenities at the big sister resort (Bintang Resort Kuta) which is an added bonus. Febris spa is just across the road and a trip to Bali is not complete without a spa booking at Febris. Food choices nearby were also great.

A number of the staff don’t speak or understand English all that well which can be frustrating, but it’s not their native tongue so they aren’t to blame. It would be helpful for the hotel Management to invest in their employees and help them with their communication skills, it’s really the only improvement I can think of as it was all pretty great.

Nothing to fault

This hotel is always spot on with customer service, from the moment you arrive you are made to feel special, people address you by name and the reception staff are not scrolling on their phones like some other places I’ve recently stayed in!

The breakfast is different to my last stay. You now have to request bacon, butter or a poached egg, which is slow to arrive.

A warm welcome at reception by the two gentlemen that were working (I didn't take their names) and a welcome drink which was delicious and a quick swift check-in. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The location was great right near a shopping mall! We booked last minute as near to the airport and did not no there is also a Bali Resort and amazed at how big the complex was. It was only a short walk through the hotels grounds to the beach where we had a few bottles of Bintang Beer and watched the sun go down!
