Big, nice rooms. There is not only a bed, but also a couch. The tv with HBO and kids Channels. The bathroom very clean. The Service of the Staff out standing. There are also rooms with a private small pool. The design of the hotel very nice. And its a walking distance to the beach. The location of the hotel is next to the art market, local food market and lots of restaurants.

The loud music in the evening at the pool bar, you could hear it in the room. Also if you want to have a room with a view, pls ask at the check in as the rooms with a private pool are surrounded by 3m high walls, and the other room I've seen had a view for the wall of another building. But its a location at the street So you can not expect much.

Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, boutique hotel with swim up bar with 2 for 1 cocktails all day, great choice of food and drinks for breakfast and Mozerella Restaurant in the lobby. We love this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone.

Location is perfect, near the beach, restaurants. walking distance to beachwalk mall. Very classy interior and large rooms and large beds. very friendly staff, in particular at the reception, lobby and housekeeping.

1)breakfast staff needs a bit more guidance and they need to ensure that guests are greeted at the entrance even if it is 10:00 and breakfast is almost finished. Not too much variety in breakfast choice and food is not replenished on time. guests always have to ask for food, bread etc. due to no dishwasher, staff is mainly busy with cleaning up in front of the guests on the bar. strong recommendation for the owner of the hotel to buy his staff a dishwasher so they can focus on servicing the guests. 2) more electrical wall outlets in the room

I did request at the time I booked a few months ago, that we have rooms on the ground floor to enable easy access to everything for the woman in the wheelchair. This was not a major issue, as the lift provided access to all floors. I also requested that we have the 2 rooms together. This did not happen. We were on the 3rd floor, whilst the other room I booked was on the second floor. The rooms were great - very clean. Breakfast was also very good. Much to choose from. The pool was disappointing for our needs. We had a lady in a wheelchair who was unable to use it, due to poor access. We did not have any children with us, but felt for the families that had children, the pool was not really children friendly. Service and staff were amazing and very friendly.

Pool access for a wheelchair was extremely limited, and maybe could be a little more child friendly.

Breakfast was magnificent. Staff amazing and lovely. Rooms were very spacious, modern and always cleaned daily. All the staff were very accommodating always. Restaurant was very, very good. Reception staff and money changer were exceptional. Rooms always maintained beautifully. (We had a pool facing room) . The hotel is so central, you can walk to garlic lane, great spa and massage businesses. Beach was only a short stroll. Great local Shopping and local restaurants very close by. A special shout out to the security staff at the front entrance, who always stop the traffic so you can walk across the road. Absolutely loved our stay at The Magani and would definitely stay again.

The only thing that was disappointing, I found the beds and large feather pillows uncomfortable but have read other reviews and most people love the beds and pillows. (I can only speak for the single beds. It may be a different for the double/Queen size beds)

Everything the Deluxe rooms were nice and big, lovely breakfast amazing pool area was a very popular place, the spa massage treatment I had was the best I've had ever, the staff were absolutly amazing there was five in our family at the magani including our 6 month old grandson they took special care with him and got all the attention he needed Sari, Desse, Trianna ,Mia ,Dian are among many of the staff members who were so helpful and caring I wish I could remember all your names very beautiful thankyou I highly recommend the Magani hotel and spa very affordable and worth the money you pay here

The pool area was so busy from the start of the day till afternoon so it was hard to get a pool chair most of the time until late afternoon but that just goes to show that the pool area is popular and nice area to chill in, it's just a normal common thing that happens around a pool in bali.
