I enjoyed the direct access to the pool with nice balconyand outlook-the facilities were very good especially the double glazing which meant the room temperature was constant and I didn’t require the aircon. Staff were friendly, Room had everything you need.

I very much liked the property and proximity to the harbour and variety of restaurants. It did mean you could hear the music being played at the restaurant next door - I actually enjoyed the free entertainment but maybe that’s not for everyone.

Location, just outside the harbor. You can walk or can request a free pickup drop to the harbor. Hotel staff was very prompt in supporting all our need and guiding us for all our queries. Good restaurants nearby, so you can enjoy all your meals. Pool is well maintained; rooms are clean, direct access to pool which is also a plus. and breakfast was good. You could choose and order item one night before and they will serve it in morning. You can rent bike, car to travel within Nusa Penida or you can ask hotel to help you with arrangement.

Room size is small, but manageable as they had good space management.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and we had an amazing stay. Our room was very clean and modern, it had a lovely terrace with a garden view to sit out and relax, the air conditioning was great and the bed was super comfortable. We also had our room cleaned every day. When we arrived we got a free welcome drink, and the breakfasts included in our stay were amazing, my only wish is that the portions were a little bigger as the food was so good (however the portion sizes across all the restaurants on Nusa Penida were generally small). One morning before we did a tour we were kindly given free banana pancakes on top of what we already ordered for breakfast which was so kind! What stood out to us the most were the staff - they were always extremely friendly and accommodating. We booked an island tour as well as a snorkelling tour through the hotel and the prices were really good. The hotel was also in a perfect location close to many great restaurants and supermarkets, and only a short walk to a gorgeous white sand beach. We were so sad to leave, we loved this hotel so much and would 100% recommend it!!

Hotel is near to Penida Jetty, walking distance around 500m. There are many restaurants and convenient stores beside hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Due to there are few restaurants opposite/beside the hotel, the restaurants host live band/music at night until 10pm or 11pm. However, we have already noticed that from previous reviews. And it's uncontrollable by hotel operator. Hence, it is not a big deal to us.

Property was clean and easily accessible from the port where the fast boats come in. Could easily walk from the port to the hotel with no problems. The hotel was clean and comfortable, really enjoyed our stay here.

It would have been nice to be able to get some drinks through the hotel however they did not have this on offer so we just did a short walk down the road to the supermarket and got some from there for our rooms instead.

It's conveniently situated near the Nusa Penida port, making it incredibly easy to catch the ferry to nearby islands such as Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or provide recommendations for exploring the area.

The breakfast arrangement was a la carte, and while the food quality was decent, the limited menu options could become repetitive if you stay for an extended period. The pool is relatively small, which means it can get crowded quickly, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our room was with the view of swimming pool at ground level. It was opposite their cafe. Whoever is eating or chilling there can see through our room. So we always close the curtain. The cafe was only operating for breakfast, but there are always ppl sitting there to chill. The toilet and bed were nice and comfy. The hotel is quite close to the jetty and walking distance to the few halal restaurants there.

Room with swimming pool view (near to reception desk and opposite cafe) is not very privacy.

Location was very near to port and few restuarants for dinner and supermarket too. Breakfast was good with few items and few was ok. Staffs were friendly. They help you in going to snorkeling.

Room floor was slippery, Balcony glassed naturally tend to recieve moisture in the room and there are water droplets from the glasses which makes slippery. They have standard code for locker, we are not able to change our pin. hotel has to provide option that customer can change their locker pin.

The hotel offer free pick up and drop off from the port, which we requested. Nobody came to pick us up, when we got to outside the hotel there was a man saying our name. This was obviously too late to be any help to us. Although it’s not a far walk at all, it was difficult in the heat with 2 heavy suitcases. The staff did apologise though and offered free breakfasts to make up for it.

We spent great time in this hotel. Receptionist was very communicative, super friendly and helpful. Rooms are very cosy, clean and really high standard for a 3- Star hotel. We were in three different hotels during our stay in Nusa Penida and this one was definitely the best of all and in very good price which makes it super value. Breakfasts are really good and you receive 2 drinks (fresh juice and tea/coffe where in other hotels usually it is just 1 drink). To our surprise there is also a free transport to the Buyuk harbour which is quite unique for the hotels in this area. Hotel is located just opposite the Banjar Nyuh harbour and there are great restaurants nearby. We would love to spend all of my stay in Nusa Penida there, but unfortunately Akatara was fully booked at that time.
